There's a new guy, Keith, who does a great job cleaning the equipment, including the plates and slide rods...He's thorough, yet quick and knowledgeable. Cleanliness of the machines has been the most significant concern of mine over the past few years. Thanks for the good work, Keith.

Axiom is the best! Friendly staff, clean facility and plenty of machines and equipment to use. If you need a gym membership, look no further. They take great care of their members!

i love axiom and all the staff there. I signed up over a year ago and never went to the gym because I was so intimidated. I finally buckled down and got myself a Personal Trainer. I've been working out with Jewel since December and it's been roughly 3 months and the changes in me both health wise and physical has been incredible- she is so AWESOME. Justin and Brendan are absolutely the friendliest and most down to earth people I've ever met. they are always willing to help out and answer any questions I have, no matter how crazy my question may be. Some of the regulars that go the the gym are supportive and friendly as well. It's so remarkable to walk in and have complete strangers motivate you and encourage you and keep you going. the gym has all these great (friendly) competitions to help motivate you and keep you going- i've won a couple of them (whaaaaat?). now looking back i feel silly being so intimidated. the gym is clean and its nice to see the members clean their equipment after use. if there is a problem with a machine you can be sure it will be immediately addressed once you alert the staff. I highly recommend giving this place a shot! come be part of the Axiom family :)

Went on 1/4/20 at 12:15pm to look around and possibly get a membership. Filled out the info on the tablet at the front desk and was told to wait. So I waited and waited and waited. Finally left and renewed my membership at Crunch. Must be too busy for potential new members. Was excited about joining, now next time will look elsewhere.

I had signed up for PT, and I had used it for about 5 months. I had no problem with the PT itself, and my trainer was fantastic. My trainer was the best so I didn't think I'd ever want to cancel my PT. But, she no longer works there and I didn't want to use another trainer, so I wanted to cancel my PT. I had also paid upfront to add some extra sessions to my account. I wanted to cancel my PT and get a refund for the sessions that I hadn't used yet. I was told that I could not receive a refund for my unused sessions. I was also told that I needed to notify them 30 days in advance to cancel my PT. (A fact which was not explained to me when I had signed up.) Also, since I didn't notify them 30 days before cancelling they get to charge me once more for sessions I'll never use. They are absolutely unethical in their business practices. I'll be out about $700 by the time my membership is finally cancelled. Do not ever join Axiom. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Your basic "big gym". Lots of machines and free weights. You can always find some cardio machine open. It can get really really busy sometimes, so busy that you might have to wait a bit for something to open up on the weight floor. They're really good with cleanliness and fixing equipment. Also reasonably priced.

It's a pretty well rounded gym that has pretty much everything you need. Staff is always willing to help and are very nice. Rob was very helpful when it came giving me the information I needed. It's nice to have it open 24 hours most days out of the week, gives less of an excuse to go.

I LOVE Axiom gyms! They are very clean. The equipment is always clean and organized and there is always something available to use. At the Meridian location there is a separate room for women to workout and I love that! The staff is super friendly, helpful and always positive and always has a smile :) The classes are amazing and so are the teachers!! I only wish they had more classes on the schedule, and a little bit more of a variety of the types of classes they have to choose from, but the ones they have again are amazing! My daughter loves the child watch! So many options of toys to play with and she loves all the other kids to play with! The staff are very good with the kids! Axiom is the most affordable in town and you get the most bang for your buck! We got stuck in a rut financially so I had to cancel and I was so sad because we loved it so much! But hopefully one day I can get back to going to Axiom! You will LOVE Axiom!

It's a great gym, I just wish the kids club didn't close in the middle of the day and had a higher capacity since it always got full when I tried to go to the yoga class which is obviously in high demand for moms.

The equipment is in good shape. There is a woman's only area which I appreciate. The staff is kind of distant and not very engaging. You're just there to work out and and get in and get out it works.

Well as franchise that are great gym depending on their location you going to they're going to have different things and Equipment going to be less or more updated. Membership is about $25 a month the $40 annual fee and there's an initial cost fee when you start depending on the promotion and get that waived.

Solid gym. Well maintained and has all the equipment you need to do just about anything. The place has a pretty open layout too so even when it is busy it doesn't feel overly crowded.

Lots of equipment, nice staff and trainers. Supplements and snacks can be purchased there. Most of the customers are nice but it is fairly crowded and hectic sometimes.

Admittedly, I go to the gym not-enoughly. But I'm really impressed by the folks who are willing to help. I also live that the activities room is open late so I can practice ballroom dancing at night when no one's around.
Fair warning: this is the only location I know of in the area that is without a swimming pool or hot tub.

Been a member since Axiom began. I have been to all their gyms. all of them are great. Each one offers a different workout experience. The Meridian gym is my favorite as it is smaller and I like the people who work there and work out there. Axiom keeps their gyms clean.

Its no 24 hour fitness but being there aren't any in Idaho this is probably the next best thing. Equipment is nice and facility is taken care of. Only problem is the free weight area is small and always a zoo. I'll continue coming here, its growing on me. The location at the village is much newer but definitely a different atmosphere.

Day care is awful, the girls in there are not very experienced to work with kids, I stopped going because of it. I tried to cancel my membership about 3 times and the manager was never available, so I kept getting charged. Once I got a hold of the manager, it seemed as she didn't care, just bad costumer service, and bad attitudes, I will not recommend again.
