I couldn't be more happy with the couple visits I made to this studio while here. I'd about given up with yoga, thinking I couldn't find one that was a good fit for me.
I'm incredibly inflexible. Being in a studio with people doing amazing feats and still feeling like I belong was just beyond what I could have expected.
Cathy is wonderful and now I know what type of studio to look for back home.

I have been practicing here for about a year and have received superior instruction. I've become much more in tune with body, mind and spirit. I love that fact that I can practice at my own pace, with constant personal attention from incredibly well trained teachers.

I came here for a teacher intensive with David Swenson, so I can't say anything about the regular teachers or schedule. But: the place is sweet, everything was super organized, friendly, a welcoming atmosphere and all the other yogis in the class were great!
