Been shopping at Lululemon for nearly 13 years now and I couldn't believe how NOT friendly the workers were at this location. I've was born and raised in Hawaii but live in Las Vegas now and was jus appalled by there attitude here. Not a tourist so maybe they dont think they need to be as friendly here?? Prettt disappointing. I found something on the sale rack to buy here. Cant believe the crazy price for their 'Aloha' Hawaii apparel.
I usually do my shopping online here since we live so far away from the store. Best experience thus far when we walked in the store, trying on what u picked out. Everyone was so helpful and friendly until we got to check out. She was rude and not helpful what so ever. I wish I Asked to speak to the manager
Great sports wear but a little bit expensive. I brought a pair of shorts as my daughter recommended them and have to say they are the best and well worth the money. Good service and very helpful

I recently purchased the "surge short". Best PT shorts I have ever worn so far.
seemingly highest quality product out there. competition grows but quality cant compare. only negative is lack of sales/discounts. but that does keep the image of their product high.
It was the worst shopping experience ever at the Ala Moana shop. A sales girl at the fitting room desk was chewing gum so loud when she was talking to me (thought that was very rude to customer), nobody came to help us with products and the assistant manager had a Japanese name was looking at us up and down in a very disrespectful way all the time we were there. I mean, this store was so mess in every way and no professionalism in people. I love the products but will not go back to the store for that kind unpleasant experience ever again. Pretty sad that good products can get killed by people working there. Always people represent the product are more important factor than the product when it comes to shopping!!!
