Kelsey is a fantastic instructor. She makes sure you are comfortable before, during and after the class. She has a waterproof camera and takes pictures for you if you like. Would definitely recommend if you have the time while on Oahu!
Nice beach located convinitly at central place. Flat water thanks to the waves breaker
Instructors very flexible for all levels of practice. Well worth it in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend.
This was a great experience and very relaxing. The instructor was great and gave alternative poses for all levels. I would recommend to any level of yoga lovers.
Amazing and beautiful experience!! I would definitely love to come back and try this flooting yoga again! Thank you for the friendly instructor! Her guide is very easy to understand even though none english-speaker would enjoy!
First time taking a yoga class and it was on a paddle board! Great experience, highly recommend.
Great experience! Very well organized owner and instructor. Adaptable to all levels. Not a difficult activity. A fun yoga practice on the ocean. Fantastic beach with sea turtles.

Worst experience I have ever had with yoga studios. The owner and instructor is irresponsible, unprofessional and rude. Before the class, the studio is unresponsive to my message, and my call went to voice mail. We arrived at the class early, but we were unable to find her location due to lack of information. When we finally find her location, the instructor left us on the beach and ignored us. We left disappointed. Then the owner refused to give us a refund afterwards.

I was a little scared to try this at first but I am SO glad I did and it wasn't as difficult as someone may believe it to be. If you enjoy yoga and want to make your Hawaii trip a little more special this is a MUST DO!
Such a beautiful park. Lots of paved paths for walking, running, roller blading, skateboarding and biking. The beach is large and there are several events held here. The 4th of July fireworks and the Lantern festival are two of my favorite events held here.
Very nice park, there are a few homeless, but was a experience and pretty place to visit.
i really enjoy yoga but i pulled a hammy and it hurt bad. isokay
Very Popular beach.. lots of occasions being held here, New Years fire works, Memorial day, toys for tots motorcycle staging area and lots more... Best part of of the Ala Moana beach park would be the Magic Island side. but fun and easy beach to go to with family.

Nice park with beach access. A bit crowded on weekends. Want to get parking? Make sure you get there early!
Also the beach as you enter has a lot of rocks, (pebbles) might want to consider water shoes.
