Diana is FANTASTIC!! I started having neck arthritis and now no pain! she's also helped me with drooping shoulders and pain in hips. I refer her to everyone I can. Pilates is better than yoga for stretching. Don't wait...call her for an appt. Best investment your money will go to...your health!!

Joining Pilates was one of the best choices I have ever made. I've been taking Pilates classes and private lessons for over 10 plus years. Pilates is great for improving posture (better posture means looking thinner); teaches how to use small exercise equipment like foam rollers and resistance bands; strengthens the core muscles, and improves balance. Because Beyond Pilates Studio classes are small, you get individual attention. My instructor, Diana, when she found out I was going to have hip surgery, had me do exercises to strengthen the hip and leg muscles, which meant that I had a fast recovery from surgery. Of greatest benefit to me is that I have to totally concentrate on the exercises and specific muscles involved to obtain the greatest physical benefits. That means focus on the moment-resulting in stress relief and relaxation. If you are not learning Pilates, you're not living right!
I have been a client of Diana's for several years and I strongly recommend her and her studio to anyone interested in taking Pilates and/or Gyrotonic. She seems to know exactly how far to push me without sending me over the edge. She also is able to adapt the exercises quickly when I'm having physical issues. One thing I especially appreciate about her is that she watches me closely and seems to know instantly when I'm using the wrong muscle in an exercise. I cannot recommend her enough!

First off, the space is really welcoming: warm, lots of light and simple decor. Second, Diana is a very thoughtful and knowledgeable instructor- I have lots of old injuries and she was able to help me not just work around them, but pick out specific ones to help my knees and shoulders.
So glad they're in my neighborhood!
I need to give a shout out to Diana Wrobel at Beyond Pilates for the awesome individual instruction that has completely resolved long-term discomfort from a herniated disc (L4/L5). I'm truly amazed how strengthening my core has made me feel like a new woman! That constant low back pain has disappeared. Pilates has help me tremendously--even more than physical therapy. Give it a try!

I have been a student of Owner/ Instructor Diana for many years, she is extremely knowledgeable and is always very mindful of your limitations . Her studio is nothing less than exceptional, very clean and has a great positive vibe. A definite must for anyone interested in doing pilates .

Diana is fantastic, I had major back surgery, with a disk taken out and replace with a cage, cadaver bone and three titanium screws. She has helped be back to being fully functional enjoying all the outdoor activities I could only dream about. Thanks Diana
