We are here to provide a facility and environment that encourages its members to incorporate exercise as a way of life. To increase the quality of life through discipline of martial arts, resistance training, strength & conditioning, and diet.
Being experienced personal trainers, we enjoy pushing people beyond their limits while allowing them to enjoy the pain of gaining muscle, energy, and losing the excess fat and weight.
This is a place to enjoy your workout, literally.

My wife has Ray as her personal trainer. She has shed weight and her mood has soared.

I attended an introductory Kajukenbo session and found the atmosphere of the Gym/Dojo to be welcoming and calming.

If you go to this gym and try hard and keep focused you will receive the professional and warm support of the staff.

Highly recommend this Gym for women and teens as a retired Social Worker I have observed the respect both groups deserve provided by an empathetic yet demanding staff.

If a person really cared about their livelihood they would not harass a customer. Growing up in different cultures I have a lot of respect for this culture where a business treats it's customers very nicely because without customers, they won't have a livelihood to begin with. Customers are what make a business, it's not just all the business owner's work - that is just a small percentage.

The majority of success comes by the money earned by business, that money which is given by 'customers'. So treating customers/potential customers right and taking their criticism and learning from it and improving upon the business - this experience is the best experience any business can have and should have because success comes with not just hard work. It comes with respect, humbleness, gratitude, gratefulness, patience, solving and mitigating/correcting a bad experience that customers had to face and then learning from all of that combined - leads to a business's success and well being.

A business treating a customer wrong and then harassing them for their review after taking their money and gulping it down their throats is actually a very disgusting and shameful act of ego and pride, its got nothing to do with livelihood.
