Amazing facility with a great group of people. Everyone was welcoming, the workout was great, and we had some good coaching. Easy parking is an extra bonus and it's just a great space to get your WOD in.

Dropped in once while on vacation. Bryant was a fantastic coach. Despite the slightly larger class size (maybe 15 people?), it was clear he managed to give everyone attention. He was also very knowledgeable and made sure everyone gave their all. Lots of different equipment in the gym. Definitely give CF Oahu a shot when you visit!

I dropped in while on the island for vacation. The coach and community were so welcoming! It was easy to sign up on line and there were so many times to pick from. Thank you for a wonderful visit. Come see me in Michigan when you want a blizzard workout! :)

I looked at dropping in on 3 CF affiliates and chose CrossFit Oahu, and glad I did! Lots of classes, large but inviting facility, easy to talk to coaches and members, and a great workout! When I'm back in Oahu, I'll be back for sure! Aloha!

Dropped in and it was a good experience until one of their members decided they wanted my pull up bear komplex grips. A gym is only as good as its members. Those grips aren't cheap.

CrossFit Oahu was very welcoming while my wife and I were visiting Waikiki on vacation. The coach was knowledgeable, the members were welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was great. We will definitely drop in again anytime we are in Oahu.

Dropped in while visiting the island from Seattle. It was a 9am class on a Wednesday and Coach Courtney was there when we first walked in. She told us that the drop in fee was free first visit, then you can subscribe to a package that fits your weekly/monthly needs after that.

My first impression was that the box was huge, compared to others I've been to. All the equipment was neatly stacked and had plenty of rigs, barbells, even a ton of foam rollers and mobility tools.

Coach Courtney went over the WOD, then we did about 20-30 mins of mobility, which I really needed and appreciated. The wod was similar to FGB style with 1 min max effort of Rx barbell movement then 30 secs of max pull ups then 30 secs rest x 4.

She did a great job of coaching people their technique and doing a class led warm up before the wod started.

After, we chatted a bit and bought a tank top to support the box. Overall, solid coaching and programming would recommend for anyone visiting. Mahalo Crossfit Oahu for the hospitality!

Amazing gym! 5- Stars!

I own a CrossFit gym in San Diego and visited CrossFit Oahu because they hosted the CrossFit Specialty Course: Adaptive Training.

Facility:
- It's huge! Tons of space for all kinds of activities
- Free, private parking right in front of the gym
- Every piece of equipment you could ever want to use

Staff:
- Highly educated (every degree and certification possible) and very knowledgeable
- They make you feel welcome every time you walk in the door
- They provide a safe and effective training environment for any level of athlete (beginner to competitor)

I'd be a member if I lived anywhere on the island!

Dropped into an inclusive and versatile class, was sore for days. Instructor was fun, knowledgable and there was an emphasis on not straining too much and stretching before.

Best drop in policy I have seen. Came for about 5 sessions over a 2 week period for the cost of a t-shirt (which I would have picked up anyway). Good coaches, gave me coaching as if I was a regular member. My focus was to get a good workout in and was able to do so. Members were friendly and encouraging. Recommended it to someone who had just moved there and was looking for a box. If you are on the island you should check it out.

Dropped in twice August '17 at the Kailua location. Programming was great and the trainers were very friendly. The early AM classes have a great membership participation and everyone promoted a positive community atmosphere. Will definitely return (hopefully when shirts are in stock :) ).

Worst coaching staff. My wife goes to this gym and never has something positive to say about it. We've been to gyms between Florida and New Mexico. The main guy she complains about, his name is Chris and he's the biggest jackass. No care or consideration for the client/Athlete who pays 185 or more. You would think for that much you would get premium care at minimum. Not here. Pay the same price or less at a gym who actually welcomes you and isn't disrespectful the moment you walk in or ask questions.

Came to Oahu on vacation and dropped in for a few classes. Met a few coaches and all of them were friendly, knowledgeable and motivating. The classes weren't the toughest but definitely was enjoyable and made me sweat! The class sizes were surprisingly big too - which made it all the funner. Most people looked like they knew each other and some introduced themselves to me as well which made it funner.

Overall, great experience and I wish I had this gym close to me back home - I'd be a member for sure.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE OR FALL FOR THIS MESSED UP SCAM! New You Challenge (556 Reed LN, Crossfit Gym)
So I went to the New You Challenge on 556 Reed Ln today and it was a total disappointment and what a shame that they are running such a bigoted, racist and poor quality gym. I arrived 10 mins early to get myself acquainted and to check in and right from the start I get attitude from the woman behind the desk (mind you that while walking into the gym everyone in the gym looks at you like you don't belong there and you can't tell who staff and whose a member) I let her know I was here for the New You Challenge and she looked at me like I didn't belong there and asked me if I was sure I was supposed to be here, I informed the woman that I had a 6 PM appointment to meet with a trainer and she had the nerve to say that it doesn't look like I belong here and she escorted me to the corner of her reception desk and said wait till someone was available. I am getting very vexed at this point and I'm not a person to be made to feel as if I am looser at all but this woman made me feel that way and I don't know if it was because I was Black, Gay and/or out of shape or all 3 but, this first impression is not sitting well well me. So, now I am in my corner waiting on someone to help me and 6 PM came and went and now it 6:10 PM, now Im pissed not only is this person late, I hear 2 people from this gym who are passing by me, as I waiting for someone to help me say what is that and staring at me while they are saying this. So, if you know me you know how pissed I am at this point; so instead of hauling off and telling these members/employees where to go and mess them up in the process I decide to leave.
I didn't realize that when you go to a CrossFit (556 Reed Ln #newyouchallenge ) gym for this New You Challenge you get treated like a bastard step child who is not wanted to be seen or heard. To top it all off I paid this company $150.00 for this I should have at the least gotten common courtesy and punctuality. So during all of this the trainer who was supposed to train me only bother to call me around 6:30 PM and after I called the LA Office of the New You Challenge and told them I want my money back.
I would not recommend the New You Challenge to anyone and it is definitely not worth the money you will spend, time you will put in, aggravation it will cause you, the unrelenting desire to beat everyone staring and pointing at you like your a deformed monster and most of all to be treated like you are a second class citizen seems to be their motto. So Please stay away from this hype, racist and cliquish organization. I am soooooo upset right now it is unreal and I really want to unleash my anger on those people but, I am happy I took the adult way out and did not result to whoppin some peoples ass!!!!!!
