Phenomenal gym
The best bodybuilding gym on Oahu. Period. The coaches here are all pros and know their business. The place is small compared to a box gym like UFC or 24...but everything you need is here. This is a serious place for serious lifters. Reminds me of days of old.
One thing...parking sucks. Like, bad. Come after 1pm? Forget about it.
