I love the beautiful atmosphere of this studio & the classes are stellar. Kind, helpful, knowledgeable instructors make the practice safe, challenging & enjoyable! I love DDY!
My boyfriend and I go to DDY Power Vinyasa Yoga every Saturday morning at 9:30 with June & we love her & her class! The room is perfectly hot & the class is a great mix of challenging but doable & understandable. My boyfriend has never done yoga before we started going together & he follows along very easily! Our favorite way to end the work week and kick off the weekend.
Loved this place when I dropped in to visit some friends in Savannah. We had a great instructor who was motivating and caring. The building is soooo cool. Grateful for the chance to practice, and I will definitely be back.

I flew into Charleston South Carolina with my best girl friend and we wanted to hit up Power yoga studios, specifically studios that teach Baptiste style power yoga, as that is our favourite! We made the decision to make it a road tip to Savannah. Our experience at the studio become the high light of our trip.
What was awesome was their grand opening class was happening that day! We weren't sure if there was any space for us but we were greeted with the friendliest smiles and welcomed in, and taken care of from the get go. The class was super fun, accessible, and with great hands on adjustments. The space is beautiful and studio is buzzing with excitement. Shelley is absolutely fabulous and she has created a really great vibe and yoga community. I didn't want to leave! Cant wait to visit again.

Dancing Dogs is always sooooo much fun! The teachers bring a lot of passion and understanding to every class. My favorite thing is their knowledge of poses allowing you to take any modification you would like, so the class is accessible to several skill levels at once.... you will always be pushed wether its your first day or your hundredth day doing yoga. I recommend going there asap!
DDY is my home, my family, my amazing community!! Once you step foot into this place, you NEVER want to leave.....I #DDwhY because this place supports, pushes, encourages, and loves every human that enters!!! Best STUDIO in Savannah!! #DDYtribe

Dancing Dogs has no doubt changed my life over the past four months, both mentally & physically. You will often hear teachers say "more practice, less perfect" which is something that always resonates with me. DDY is not about who can hold a pose more 'correctly' or who can stay in a headstand the longest - it's about the individual's practice in a communal space. Sometimes it can be intimidating trying something new, but that's not the case here. The environment is welcoming, the teachers & staff learn names very quickly & there are always plenty of workshops / events going on which makes it easy to meet other students. For people interested in creating a solid yoga practice, this is the studio for you!
