Very good for intermediate athletics. I always am able to find a machine & the general gym going population shares well. Positive environment & seems very clean! (Go do a cardio session on the stair steppers & watch those calories soar!)

Love this place! Everyone is always friendly and helpful! It's always busy and the staff does a good job keeping it clean, for the most part!

The people who work here are excellent and are very helpful. The environment is awful though the place is to small and doesnt give a good vibe when working out. I would highly suggest going to the one on Ogeechee it is more spaced out.

Isai is incredible!!! I had a membership issue with the location in Lawrenceville Ga and he helped me instantly to get everything completed. Great service and a Great manager!!! The whole team was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable!!!

Gym itself isn't bad. The cancellation policy is criminal. I hope you never need to cancel. I signed up at a gym in Ohio and then tried to cancel online... No online cancellation. Once I got back down to Savannah I tried to cancel at the store. The employee said that I needed to transfer stores from Ohio to Savannah (which can only be done every 90 days for some made up reason?). I'm not paying the more months in fees. Now they're telling me I have to write a letter back to Ohio. Guys I'm not writing the governor to get my uncle a stay of execution, I'm trying to cancel a gym membership. Shouldn't be hard beep beep beep. Press a few buttons. Done. Guess not.

This is a pretty big PF. I mainly workout at the 360 workout room and this one is spacious enough and with plenty of equipment plus your general 360 workout station build with monkey bars, pull-up bars, dips, jump platform plus gear and weights. The men's locker room doesn't stink like on some other PF I have been to, although the showers could use a little attention. Overall employees and mgmt seem to be on it.

Okay planet fitness Savannah Georgia enjoyable definitely a very nice facility very attractive very clean customer service is excellent it's a very large facility very enjoyable hydro bed massage chair massage hydro chair massage plenty of Nautilus equipment plenty of weights great atmosphere I love planet fitness black card is the only way to enjoy the planet

I read a lot of reviews under "super clean facility." While that is technically true, they fail to mention the stench. This is the catch for those wondering what the catch to a clean and cheap gym are. I've been to many and this is the single worst smelling building I have ever been in. It smells like they mop the floor with the juice left over from wringing out old gym clothes. You expect a degree of odor, but just walk into any other gym in Sav, then walk in here and tell me it isn't 1,000 times worse. I actually had to turn around and walk out last time as it's gotten progressively worse... haven't been back since. If they could get that under control, or maybe invest in a hefty amount of Glade, they would get a 5.

Super clean facility. The staff go out of their way to be extremely helpful. I have hated going to the gym in the past due to unclean facilities at other gyms and judgemental staff, but I have never regretted my planet fitness membership.

Why go anywhere else? The price is right. The facilities are great. And I love the rule about "no lunks".. Seriously, if the weight is too heavy for you to sit it down gently, then you are too weak for that weight and you should get a smaller one... ;-)

I have a black card membership there. They have plenty of new equipment. The facility is clean. The front desk staff always greets you when you walk in. The monthly price I pay for membership is well worth it.

The best place to work out in Savannah, at least 2 locations for convenience. Always very clean and although there are lots of members, wait times for machines are short and the staff is mostly friendly. The price is unbeatable.

Awesome place to work out ! They have machines and freeweights as well as cardio exercises that can keep you busy for hours. It has an awesome energy and atmosphere conducive to working out. The locker rooms are great and the cost is fantastic ! You can even bring a guest with you to work out. The best part - there are massage chairs and tables for your post workout cool down. The water beds are the best !

So excited that they built one closer to my house and I do not have to travel across town. The facility is always clean stash is always helpful even 1-2 in the morning is dancers alert and helpful. My favorite thing at Planet Fitness is the massage chair!!

For once I feel like I am getting something out of a gym other than tanning and hydro-massages. Yes I was a previous member of Planet Fitness a few years back but I didn't comfortable in the gyms that were in my area, but since I have moved down to GA I figured why not give it another try. Now I am counting down the hours before I get to go to the gym again. I am easily there for 3 hours each trip, as to at my old PF I was counting the minutes before it felt like I was there for a "sustainable" time. I actually feel like I am getting my goals accomplished. I am very comfortable in PF on Eisenhower Dr and Ogeechee. They are both way bigger than other PF's I have been to. Needless to say I am very very very happy with Planet Fitness.

Clean gym, locker rooms, and restrooms. Multiple machines of the same kind which means getting your workout in without waiting or modifying your routine. Have worked out in gyms for over 20 years and love this place. Great atmosphere. Right temp. Just an overall great gym.

Always clean and well taken care of! The staff is very sweet and the locker rooms are surprisingly luxurious for just $10/month! I much prefer to shower in the nice, big, stone showers than my little tile one at home XD only minor issue is that when machines break they can take up to a few weeks to fix. The rowing machines are often out of order. There are plenty of other machines though so it's not a big deal :)

This is a good gym. The equipment is new and rarely in need of maintenance. The one draw back about their equipment is that they don't really have free weights just some dumbbells. It gets a really crowded around 5:30 but that is pretty typical at most gyms (especially this time of year). I love the massage beds/chairs, they feel like heaven after a workout or long day. The bathrooms and showers are always clean.Over all it is a good gym.

Good staff, always helpful and always clean equipment. A little more attention to a few patrons could be had, especially one guy who assumes the gym is for his own private use...dumping a bucket of gear on the floor, taking up 4-5 stations at a time and never wiping them down after use. As well as improperly using the equipment. He's a liability lawsuit waiting to happen.
If I lay my jacket down for a minute, its immediately snatched up. Not this guy's stuff though.
Anyway, great gym except for the few mavericks.

I love that planet fitness is so fairly priced. They have great equipment and plenty of it. Other places don't always have enough of certain machines and its a pain to have to get in line for a bench or something like that. PF has multiple of every machine. If you're going to the gym for hot tubs and swimming pools then it's not for you and while those things can be nice, PF is an environment where you can just go in and take care of business. Also, I think the staff is extremely pleasant and friendly. Some places just dont have that. I love planet fitness.

If you should have the time to go to a gym then Planet Fitness is a good gym to choose. The membership is not that expensive and easy to get out of should you need to. The gyms are clean and well kept and a great place to spend a bit of time.

I joined a few months back and was extremely happy with the atmosphere, staff and how friendly everyone is. Then recently I started with the classes, which I love and the trainers are great. However, recently the hours for the classes were changed and this has many of us upset. The new class schedule is not convenient to working and student members. They are odd hours that makes it almost impossible to attend. I have at least four friends that joined after me because of the fabulous schedule they had for the classes, but now are wondering if they should go elsewhere. Overall I love the gym, but not the new changes that they are making. BRING JAMAL BACK as a trainer!!

The anti-gym gym is one way to describe Planet Fitness locations. I have access to another gym already because my employer pays for my membership, but I pay out of pocket to go here because of the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The amenities make ending or preparing for a workout comfortable and enjoyable. Their hydro-massage beds are how I close out every workout session now; I think I'm a little spoiled now. The equipment is all new, well-maintained, and very clean. I have never walked into a dirty locker room or shower, and their guest policies make it easy to choose both friends and fitness. I thought I would go here once or twice a week, but I find myself going twice as often.

I love this place!! I usually go late at night when I get off work and generally I have no complaints. Jared is fantastic, he's always very friendly and upbeat, he's taken the time to show me how to properly use some of the equipment, and he's always at the front desk or easy to find if he's cleaning. However, there is another kid on night shift who is usually MIA, either playing on his phone, watching TV, sitting outside, or nowhere to be found, which is highly disappointing as I enjoy hydromassages where an employee is necessary to turn the machine on. (Hydromassage is AMAZING, btw!!) If I had the money to invest, I would go in on a location in Pooler. Someone tell me that's happening soon??

I wasn't happy when I won a free three month gym membership because I really do not like to work out, so it took me about four months to even get up the Courage to walk in to the location right by my house. I tried to use it at the Hwy 17 location but the girl there told me I couldn't use it there because it had been issued by Eisenhower and even though I returned to ask them about the policy, she told me I needed to talk to somebody else and proceeded to wait on other customers that came in after me.However when I called Eisenhower planet fitness, Michaela explained to me all about the gym, she told me that I could use it anywhere in the United States, she told me all about their programs and how it was different than anything that I would encounter at any gym.
I could tell that Michaela was sick because she was coughing on the phone but still was eager to make my experience a good one. Sadly I won't be able to use my gift certificate because I never want to come to the highway 17 location although it is just minutes from my home. I wanted to give this planet fitness five stars because Michaela really went above and beyond to help me
