Room was clean great staff bed and pillows were awsome.
The air freshener is so good. The improvement are great but it doesn't look finished.
Very very nice room. The location isn't all that great but the room and the lobby makes up for it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel had a restaurant and bar and nice lobby. The pool is nice. The fitness room is not so nice. Loads of parking. The area is being built up with more hotels and shopping.
Nice hotel...very clean, convenient & quiet. A little old and ceilings kind of low, but it was great for a 1 night stay on our way to Florida. Thought breakfast was included & continental, but was not...so thats why not the 5 stars. Loved having a mini-fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold. Room was nice with balcony that faced the pool. Loved the shampoo, conditioner & body wash already affixed in the shower. Would probably stay again.
My stay at the courtyard was excellent! The staff was friendly and quick to solve any issues. The room was clean, and there was a warm ambiance throughout the hotel.
From the front desk attendant Natasha to the bistro, the service was outstanding. The rooms were clean if not a bit outdated. The beds were extremely comfortably. Over all great night sleep.
Wonderful. All CNA's should attend. It is an opportunity to refresh their memory about how we should take care for our residents to make them feel comfortable away from home. Also am opportunity for FUN time away from work and home which is desperately needed. "Thank you." Words can't express the feelings you have given us.

I must say the service at the Courtyard Marriott Savannah is excellent. Me and my Girlfriend have been coming there for years and we really appreciate the staff and everything they do for us to make us feel right at home. I would really like to thank Jasmine Weldon for being so helpful and sweet..and also The Manager Dana Perkinson as well. They do a Flawless job of taking great care of us and we will continue to Stay at the Courtyard Marriott Savannah.

The staff at the Courtyard Marriott really went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as comfortable and convenient as possible. The lobby had some great places for meeting with colleagues. The room was comfortable and quiet. I would definitely consider staying again the next time I am in town.

Nice Hotel m, the staff members are vary nice, the rooms and common areas are vary clean. The pool area was clean and i saw lots of Family's enjoying themselves. The Hotel it self Needs some updating and smells old. The pillows could be better, but overall a good stay.

Rooms were nice. Enjoyed the pool and free parking. $12 Uber to the riverfront.
I basically lived at this hotel on and off for 3 months because of my work on the local military installation. The customer service was always amazing. The rooms were always spotless and comfortable. I even decided to try the hotel breakfast service once or twice and their food was as amazing as the wine selection they serve at night. Most of my interactions were with two amazing front desk attendants named Carrol and Jasmine but everyone I dealt with was truly amazing and friendly.

Went here for a wedding the front of the building when you first walk is very modern and updated but then you get to the hallways and rooms. Terrible, terrible, terrible I cannot stress that enough. The water that came from the showers had an awful sewerage smell that felt like you weren't clean even when you got. The amount of money they ask for and what they offer is similar to econo lodge in terms of quality which is a Crappy motel.
This Marriott is one of the worst I've ever stayed in. I'd never go back.
Comfortable with nice staff. EASY drive to the historic district in Savannah. Up to high Marriott standards.
Location is okay, definitely better to stay downtown if you're in savannah for tourism. Rooms were normal, service good. I do like that they serve good coffee at breakfast bar. Keep in mind, there's no complimentary breakfast
Hotel was decent for its age.. Staff was friendly.. Love free parking. Unexpected balcony off my room.. Nice
Great hotel! I had a wonderful experience and felt very welcome. Convienent location. Loved this place and would definitely come back.
Cool hotel not bad the lady at the bar super friendly nice lobby great staff the rooms could use some updates overall just fine
Check in was easy. Enjoyed hanging out in the lobby in the couch area. Clerk recommended some great local restaurants. Plenty of parking. Nice and quiet.
very nice and reasonable. just 12 mins away from the historic district. cheaper than any downtown hotels
Pretty decent courtyard hotel. Close to plenty of shopping and food options, as well as the highway. Staff were very nice and helpful. It could probably use a remodel soon though as it feels very dated. Also the mattress was far too soft for my taste
Beautiful place. The google maps app tells you its on the wrong side of the street. Friendly staff clean. Awesome food.
Reasonably priced, clean comfortable rooms & they staff was very helpful and friendly. Best of all, they seemed very genuine!!
On the way down to FL, stayed at 2 other hotels not Marriott both had breakfast and free coffee. Less expensive better deal and bigger rooms. Will think twice before staying at Courtyard by MARRIOTT again. Clean but better deals elsewhere.
Clean room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast options. Straight shot to historic district. Good value.
Everything was awesome except the adjoining rooms. Very thin walls. But the room was very clean the sraff was super nice. Bathroom was huge. Enjoyed staying there and will come again.
The place is not bad, but I feel like it could use an updating. The room was spacious and came with a balcony, but the design was square. There were no full length mirrors in the room as pointed out by my wife. Breakfast is not complimentary.
Do not let the Hotel's photos fool you. The lobby is brand new and nice, yes they did "renovate" the rooms but by that all they did was change some fixtures and wallpaper. Hallways and room were stuffy and had a weird smell. Halls were recently vacuumed and yet had scatters of paint chips from the walls. The doors are obviously old and honestly creepy. The whole place needs a major face lift. Only positive things I can say are the pool/outdoor courtyard is quite nice and the fitness center has a good variety of newish equipment. Way below Courtyard standards and not worth the price.
It was nice, close to malls and downtown. The staff was pleasant. Would stay again
Arrived at 3:10 with 2 reservations , got my first room at 4:15 , around 5:30 I still hadn't gotten the other room , ended up canceling and booking a room somewhere else last second paying triple what I would've paid here.
Honestly tho 2.5 hours after check-in is a little much , I understand they were busy, but still.
Upon checkout we stood Next to the elevator what seems like 5 minutes thinking maybe they just had a lot of check outs, luckily a housekeeper walked by and said " elevator don't work, gotta use stairs " -verbatim
Assuming she was leading the way , we followed her as the sign said EXIT , not sure if she didn't see us or was in a hurry but she opened the door and let it just shut on my suitcase ,that's totally cool, don't need to open the door for us obviously but just acknowledging us would've made up for the numerous inconveniences we had.
First off, I was so pleased I booked another stay while I was there. The staff was so nice and extremely helpful. We stayed in a room with two queen beds and it was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The only thing missing was a free continental breakfast. I look forward to my next visit.
