I am not sure my words can express what our class means to me. It was synchronicity or fate that I inquired and the next day we met for class. I will be eternally grateful for the hours of exploration and honoring of ourselves in a safe environment. I have become more in tune with my body and my emotions and especially my breath. Dancing through horrible grief and great love with fire and soothing water or a rainbow of ribbons and a childish prance have imprinted images that continue to sooth my soul. Sometimes with tears, always digging deeper into my spirit and learning about myself. After a class I can put into words and process why my shoulders were aching or accept my grief and realize the depth of my grief is depth my love. Due to the class I have traveled to California and experienced a workshop with Daria Halprin. Thank you Havalyn for your guidance and your wonderful, insightful dance,

I am really excited I found Muse for life in my area. I look forward to taking advantage of the music lessons and yoga classes they provide. Absolutely great folks!
