I cannot express my love for this sacred space enough. Teaching our Awaken Your Most Magickal Self series at this location has enhanced the teachings and created powerful sisterhood within each circle of Women who have stepped forward on their path. Sacred Garden Yoga sits upon the crossroads where Cindy and I birthed 4 Alchemy Mystery School. As our own special blend of magick has grown and expanded, so has our offerings within this unique space. Initiation, Calibration, and Integration are all being offered live at Sacred Garden Yoga. It's so exciting to be rooted here at Sacred Garden Yoga, surrounded by the same magick that manifested these live programs and 4 Alchemy Mystery School into reality.

This studio is geared toward beginners. So if you are looking for a challenge (or classes that fit your busy schedule), seek out a different studio.

Wonderful place! All the teachers are excellent, and classes are never the same old thing. I have had lots of different yoga classes, these are definitely top shelf for all levels of experience.

I've gone to yoga classes at Sacred Garden Yoga for the last 3 years, and it has improved my quality of life so much. Cindy is a great instructor and manager, and creates a calming, friendly, and comfortable environment. The space is nice, the prices are reasonable, and it always helps to center me. I've learned so much about posture, about poses, and about the principles of yoga here. I've also made a lot of friends, as the regulars are welcoming and wonderful people.

This place is simply amazing. Every time I enter the studio it gives you a feeling of peace and calm. I have tried a number of studios in the area over the years and this is the only one I always came back to. I also love that when you get instructions all yoga teachers tell you how each pose benefits your body. It is a joy of practicing with such knowledgeable teachers. I highly-highly recommend this studio. Thank you, Cindy, for having it.
