The best gym! All of the coaches are well educated and really take the time to help you. They work extremely hard to improve individual mobility, strength and overall wellness. The classes are accommodating and can be modified to suit your level. All gym-goers are so welcoming and encouraging! I love going to this gym! I finally have the support and drive I was searching for to reach my goals!!

I had a lot of fun dropping into GSCF. Brent shared some great coaching tips on T2B and then had a challenging WOD qued up. If I am ever back at UGA I will drop in again. Thanks guys
Love Georgia Strength!!! These guys have been wonderful at helping me get back to my former fit self. They are really hands on, have great programming that gives you a serious workout and they're super friendly. Fun environment with very good equipment. Very happy to have been able to spend this year getting back in great shape with the Georgia Strength Crew! Would recommend to anyone.
Georgia Strength is hands down the best gym in Athens! When I started here in April of 2014 I could barely snatch 100 pounds and could barely clean 125, now I can snatch 143 pounds and clean and jerk 175 pounds!! The progress I have made at this gym as an athlete is remarkable, just this year I qualified and totaled for my first national level weightlifting meet. I could not have done this without the help of Brent and Ali or the other members of the gym always pushing me to be my best. I have also had the joy of working under Brent and Ali and coaching some classes at Georgia Strength, I can truly say I have grown as a coach too. From the FitKids program, the general CrossFit classes, and the master's class this gym has something for everyone and I know that everything will be done according to your specific fitness level. No other place in Athens offers this level of coaching or this level of fitness. I love my Georgia Strength family, and I cannot wait to see what the new year has in store for us!
I have been training here for almost 9months now and have loved every minute of it. The coaches are fabulous and so are the athletes that workout here. This is an awesome community of hard working people inside and outside of the gym! This gym has taken my training to the next level. Just to give you an example...The first time I came to Georgia Stregnth was the first time I ever attempted the Snatch in my life and now I can Snatch 160lbs! Their coaching and emphasis on proper form and technique has sculpted me into a pretty decent athlete if I do say so myself! I seriously can't say enough great things about this gym and their athletes! I love my Georgia Strength Family!
