This evening I took the 6 pm weightlifting class at CrossFit North Fulton and I loved it!! A solid hour plus of excellent weightlifting programming and accessory work with super nice people and the coaching by Meg and Kim was excellent! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back!.... more

Since recently moving to the area, I have been looking for a studio that is welcoming to all, and this is at the core of Lift!
