This is a very challenging work out class. Hybrid structure between cardio and weight lifting/toning exercises. You spend half of the workout between a treadmill and the other half doing floor movements/weights.... more

Amazing location right on top of Marta! Buildings are connected by a covered bridge so you could avoid the insane drivers walking from Marta to the farthest building. Very clean space and the staff who take care of it are just the best people.... more
