I have been working out with Nan for the last five years. I love our small group fitness classes. Nan always keeps each class interesting by changing up our exercises and adding new techniques. We do a little of everything: boxing, yoga, cardio, weights, stretching, bands and cuffs, meditation, kettle bells and in nice weather we go to the local park. Classes are always fun and a great workout. The best thing is how we have become a family and I have made so many new friends that I enjoy activities outside our class with. Stop in and try a class and make some new friends.
