When you are sweating, laughing, learning and growing stronger WHILE DOING FITNESS, it is appropriately called fun. The way Nan instructs is akin to a friend assisting you- she's at your speed (although she WILL push you farther/harder) and at your skill level... quite an accomplishment when dealing with a group of people of different ages and conditions. Fitness Fun by Nan is a down payment on your future well-being!

Nan is the best thing to happen since sliced bread, & we know how long ago that was. I've been in her class from the beginning. She's greeeaaaat. The classes are never boring. She's always open to suggestions and cares about our well-being. Besides making exercise fun, (I call it funnercise) there is a great deal of camaraderie & friendship we all share. Go Nan!

I love Nan's morning classes. Participants vary in gender, range in age from 50s-90s, and have a variety of body types, so there is no shame in the game. Fitness levels are all over the place, and the environment and the atmosphere are non-pressured and relaxed. But this doesn't mean that you don't get a good workout. You do. You can count on your heart rate increasing; the creakiness you may hobble in with will be gone; and you are ready to face whatever the rest of the day brings because the meditation that ends the class puts you the frame of mind to handle whatever comes your way. Fitness Fun by Nan is addictive and is a great way to start your day. As a senior, it is an integral part of my overall health regimen.

Nan is a great fitness instructor. Nan is a terrific person in that she brings kindness, mindfulness and fun to all her workout sessions, motivating all to go to the next level and live their best life.

Nan and Fitness Fun has improved my quality of life by strengthening and toning my body with her workouts. I would highly recommend her. She does make Fitness Fun. I have been attending Gaby's Meditation Classes and it has been an awesome experience. Gaby shares her expertise and sees that everyone has an enlightened experience.

Fun! Fun! Fun! The Truth is in the Name. Fitness Fun by Nan makes exercising fun. Nan has something different every week. This year I started attending the new evening meditation classes with Gabby. I finally learned how to meditated and I am still learning Gabs is terrific instructor/leader. 5 Stars!

Fitness Fun by Nan is a small local gym for individual or group training sessions. Nan's specialty for me has become an aerobic/weight/stretching exercise necessity!!! Individual instruction is personalized and group classes are so much fun the 50 minute class, which usually ends with a short meditation. is so easy. It's especially beneficial for ages 50+ clients since Nan is a master at modifying the exercises to your personal needs. I highly recommend her. She's located next to the Subway Sandwich between Bay to Bay and El Prado on S. Dale Mabry.

My wife just celebrated 5 years with Nan -- and at 89 is still going strong. She keeps routines fresh and new. She works with the abilities of her clients and keeps them motivated too. Thank you Nan for all you do. You are a rock star in our eyes.

I have been working out with Nan for the last five years. I love our small group fitness classes. Nan always keeps each class interesting by changing up our exercises and adding new techniques. We do a little of everything: boxing, yoga, cardio, weights, stretching, bands and cuffs, meditation, kettle bells and in nice weather we go to the local park. Classes are always fun and a great workout. The best thing is how we have become a family and I have made so many new friends that I enjoy activities outside our class with. Stop in and try a class and make some new friends.

I have spent years pounding my joints with high impact training and have finally found a place where I Love to workout! There is never a dull moment with Nan's workouts and always something different. She mixes things up with strength training, boxing, Pilates, yoga and meditation; we might even end up outside at a playground! No gimmicks, just great healthy exercise and lots of laughter. The best part is that I have made some amazing friendships at Fitness Fun by Nan!
