I have been working out at Sweat Therapy Fitness for two years now, and enjoy all that it has to offer. (Something of a miracle, because I was never hugely motivated to exercise.) It's not a "typical" gym with treadmills and other DIY equipment. Rather, it has small group classes (I'd say the average is 10-15 people) led by qualified trainers. While some are hard core and others more gentle, most can be adapted to suit any fitness level. There are classes at all times of the day and week that incorporate TRX equipment, Real-Ryder bikes, water rowers, hand weights and an exceptional array of balls, straps and other doo-dads that keep the classes interesting and fun. They're great at mixing up the workouts, so you're NEVER bored. The facility is super clean with nice locker room facilities.
