At first, I was skeptical of a non-traditional workout program. After meeting Joe, touring the location, and learning about others results I had to give it a try. Holy Smokes! I worked out with Joe for 20 minutes and for a guy in my 20s I gotta hand it to the team at True U Fitness, you're on to something! The environment is relaxing, not full of meatheads, and Joe's 1-on-1 approach made me confident when using the machines. A great experience all around! True U Fitness offered the perfect solution for me to get back into shape after my pregnancy. Three months postpartum and back to work, I had very little time or energy to put into getting my old body back. I signed up for True U and was able to get to my prepregnancy weight in 3.5 months, just 5.5 months postpartum! Plus, I am stronger than ever; I started leg pressing 150lbs and can now press pver 250lbs! The best part? I only had to commit 20 minutes twice a week AND I didn't break a sweat which enabled me to do it before work. I am forever grateful to the True U team for helping me to feel strong and healthy again when I needed it most.

I've been training with the True U Fitness team for approximately 1 1/2 years. I am amazed at the level of strength and tone that I've achieved in that time, especially when it only takes 20 minutes per session. The level of weight that I started with on any given machine now feels like I"m pushing a feather! When I started out, those weight levels were at my limit of capacity. Joe, Keith and Melody are great, attentive and professional. I've been dealing with a chronic injury and FINALLY seeing some results on the path to recovery. At a "certain age" you really need to put some extra effort into maintaining muscle strength and bone heath. Really feel I am doing something to remain active and strong as I get older. FIVE STARS!!!

I'm just about to start my third year with True U Fitness, and I can say that EVERYTHING has changed. I came in over 200 pounds, prediabetic with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and pain from arthritis. I've lost over 70 lbs, and no longer have the health problems I suffered from. Absolutely amazing experience!! First off the gym is clean and spotless with a spa scent, all the equipment is brand new and each session private. Joe and Keith are very professional and welcoming, both of them are encouraging and positive about your health and well being. I have been working out on and off for over a decade with little results and more injures than i can count. Keith took the time to go over all my injures and made sure to watch for anything that could hurt me during my session. Honestly I can't recommend True U Fitness enough!!

After doing traditional weight and strength training for over 50 years I was very skeptical that a 20 minute workout twice per week would show different results. Well, after 9 months with Joe and Keith, I have dropped over 30 lbs, seen my waist size go from 40 to 34 and have increased my strength and muscle mass exponentially. This is truly a revolutionary method and the results have been astonishing.
True U Fitness is truly a 5 star personal training experience! From the ALWAYS friendly greeting from either or all of the 3 trainers -- Keith, Joe, or Melody (in whatever order) -- to the start of the 20 minute workout (it helps for the client to be on time, or early, something I'm not totally grasping as of yet, especially when I'm driving in my car and still 5 or so minutes away). If the client is on time or early, he or she will be able to receive the trainer's total concentration. I want my timeliness to be of more importance as I continue my workouts. (Good luck, Dean.) Cleanliness is very evident everywhere at True U Fitness. I am finding that the 5, or 6, or maybe 7 machines that the trainer and I am able to get to, do accomplish more than what I would have expected, especially if I'm able to be in a kind of "very good frame of mind" throughout the 20 minute workout. Each trainer keeps meticulous records of the client's "rotation" with regard to being on the same machine from workout to workout. I recommend True U Fitness to anyone who is willing to put some extra effort into a 20 minute amount of time (I'm still working on that, for sure). They will help you with the motivation, which will probably surprise you. GO FOR IT!
