I've had to come to this location due to my location being shut down for renovations. I tried to bring a prospective guest with me to get a free guest pass so they could give LA a shot, because they had been considering switching gyms. Immediately we were told he had to pay $15 for a day pass. While I was aware of that policy, I've brought a handful of guests in the past who were looking to try LA Fitness, and every single one of them were given a free 4-day pass. This situation was no different. But for whatever reason, maybe because this time it was a male and not a female, the male counter employee insisted he pay $15. A manager (presumingly) came up upon hearing our conversation, and still had nothing of substance to say. Both representatives were unpleasant and unapologetic, to the point where myself and my guest just walked away from the counter and left the premises. I've been going to LA Fitness for 3 years, and I've never experienced this kind of poor customer service in my life.
