Crossfit CVI and Orville are the absolute best. After years of working out wrong, Coach O has taught me how to do it right. This facility and its supportive atmosphere keeps me motivated and making progress. If you want to get or stay in shape join now. You will be happy you did.

I cant say enough great things about CrossFit CVI. Before coming to CrossFit CVI I was anti CrossFit and all about going to a regular gym and working out at my own pace. A few of my close friends had been coming here for years and finally twisted my arm to give it a try. Lets just say I canceled my regular gym membership that day and have been coming back ever since.
CrossFit CVI has amazing and knowledgeable coaches not to mention the people who work out there are so nice & supportive its like I gained a whole new family.
I love CrossFit CVI & highly recommend it to anyone who maybe looking for a CrossFit gym!
My favorite place to work out!!! Highly recommend! I have tried MANY different workout places including the gym, yoga, kick boxing, and other CrossFit's. But CrossFit CVI is by far the best. Extremely helpful and motivating coaches along with athletes. I recommend CrossFit CVI for any and all ages and fitness levels. I was not in very good shape before joining and here I am going on year number 7!
I have been going to Cross Fit for a couple years now and it's one of the best decisions I've made.
I feel stronger, more confident, and healthier than I have in longer that I Can remember. I'm looking forward to continuing sculpting my body into one I can be proud of and I know that Orville and the team of CVI will be with me every step of the way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

CrossFit CVI is a community of people who care about making themselves better and having lots of fun while doing it.Great coaching and a welcoming environment. This gym has plenty of room so I never feel cramped during workouts. I highly recommend it!

This place is awesome. I am a big guy and never thought this place would be a good fit for me. I couldn't be more wrong. I am entering my 2nd month here and I absolutely love it. The coaches are top notch and we are like a family. There are days and I can't wait to go and get my workout done. Definitely recommend!!!

The people and coaches are amazing! I'm new to Crossfit and they were so nice taking the time to show me the workouts/lifts. If I come back to that area I would definitely sign up there!
The coaches and members at CrossFit CVI are very welcoming and accommodating. CrossFit is a very intimidating sport. When I thought of CrossFit, I thought of the incredible athletes in the games with six-pack-abs doing muscle ups for time. However, the coaches at CVI showed me that CrossFit is a sport that can be scaled to any ability level.
After devastating knee injury, I had to struggle through physical therapy just to walk again. Edwin, Orville and Erin were great about personally scaling every workout for me. Every day I walk out of the box knowing I pushed myself to my limits to finish. It feels great to push myself and know that the coaches will keep pushing me -- but never too far.
The members are so friendly here. They cheer you on and give pointers on form. It really is like a community. The staff holds barbecues and family get-togethers. This isn't an ego-driven experience, it's a life-changing experience!

Edwin was a great coach and everyone there was very friendly. We came back to FL again for Christmas with family in Pompano. We were in town for 10 days and so we wanted to come in for at least 4-5 drop ins. At $20 bucks a person (the drop in rate), that would have been $160-$200, which is what we pay for an entire month of CF back home. Edwin was accommodating and worked with us to make it affordable for us. He also took the time to work with us on technique. The programming is great, just as CF should be. The gym is clean and easily accessible. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Anytime we are in FL, this is our gym.
