Probably one of the best decisions I've every made in my exercise journey. I love the mix of cardio, weights, and rowing. Everything is planned out for you by the trainer and every class is different. You don't get bored with the same routine. Music is loud, it's like working out in a night club. The trainer is constantly keeping the class moving so you're always motivated. The heart tracker lets you know if you're putting in enough effort and you get an extremely accurate workout statistic report after every class.
The staff here are super professional, and helpful. Love the coached workout with OrangeTheory (OT). OT is not just a gym. Its true exercise. I've taken other classes with other coaches, but Joe is an amazing positive energy, outgoing, and patient. He gives you one on one if your confused in the workout. Joe cares about you to learning the workout correctly. He is a great coach and worth taking his class. Wonderful experience in his class.
I absolutely love this place. It is run by a magnificent team. The studio is exceptionally clean and inspiring. From the moment you walk in you cant help but notice the energy and commitment from the members. The equipment is state of the art and so inviting.. Yes this is important because this is not the case at some other gyms.
The front desk staff is always professional and courteous. This helps set the tone.
The trainers Are exceptional and always supportive. This is an amazing studio that is state of the art and extremely motivational.
Coaches are amazing! Besides losing weight and getting toned, the way you will feel is worth a million bucks. Truly life changing! All you have to do is show up and just do it, like Nike.
And for what you get, the price is way worth it.

Coach Joe is very patient & motivating. He taught me how to do every exercise move effectively. The vibe in the gym is cool which makes me comfortable with working out because I don't feel I am being judged. I love this place, the girls at the front desk are so pleasant. I am looking forward to my next work out!

This gym is life changing. The coaches actually care about their members health and well being. They get to know you and your goals. The workouts are challenging but can be scaled for all levels of fitness.

Went to this location while on vacation. was only able to attend 2 days but OMG! this studio is awesome. Front desk superb. Joe tremendous energy and corrects your form.
If I lived closer I would definitely change my home studio.

Pleasant and enjoyable experience; something new is learned from every visit, as well as past lessons reinforced to ensure retention. Definitely recommending to friends.
I start almost everyday with my morning workout at OTF. Desk staff and managers are attentive and helpful. The coaches at this location are professional, skilled, caring and motivating. I love going here!
The only frustrating thing here is that since it is so good, sometimes you get shut out of classes., but again the staff assist me well and reserve my spots for weeks at a time.
Great gym, great community, and great coaches that really care about how you want to grow as an athlete.
Great place. Very good couches. Kelly is my favorite, she is very enthusiastic and always in a great mood. The workout is great. I sign up after I have my baby to recover my body and it is helping me a lot.

Great Workout. It's never the same twice!
I mean I guess it's cool for their customers, but the blasting, thumping techno music that plays at all hours of the day, whether it's 8AM or 9PM, is really obnoxious and inconsiderate to everyone else who has to work in this shared building.
Edit: Changed from 1 star to 5 star. It wasn't them with the music. I feel bad. Sorry Orange Theory!
Really liked the coach (Jose) and that there are different levels to psych yourself based on your preferences.
I love this OTF location. They are truly amazing and got all under control. You really see how first OTF in FL runs and they rock!!!

I like all OTF workouts, but I like the layout, front desk folks, music, and head trainer at OTF Hollywood better than the other 10 national locations I've tried. They are the best!
i was traveling for work and visited this studio. The studio was very welcoming and Coach Joe was awesome! It was a great experience.
Loving Orange theory! I was doing Cross Fit before, and found that OT s a better FIT for me! Intense workout without the risk of injuries. The coaches are really attentive and engaging! Overall a great experience!

Only gym I've actually stuck with. The coaches and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Have lost well over 50 lbs since joining. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to lose weight and get in shape. Best overall workout by far.
I only took one class, but I became hooked when I saw the high intensity, the modern electronic devices/monitors and the warmth of the personnel. Being treated with care and a smile makes a big difference when you are new, know no one and on top you are working your body so hard you can barely make it. The owner of the gym is a very sweet and endearing human being! I became hooked!
Amazing coaches ***** Five stars for Coaches---However ,very skeptical about their "unlimited classes" add. Define Unlimited: "Absolutely NO limitation" , therefore if OT sells unlimited classes cant put those members on waitlist neither can deny them access to ANY classes--because they bought the "UNLIMITED package --Does it sound as False advertisement --or misleading at least??? I already paid for my unlimited classes , I already secured/locked my place on every each class ,,, therefore I should not be charged for cancelation!!!!! if I cancel OT is making already double profit (myself that Paid in advance and the member that got my place after I canceled) so Why charge me (unlimited member) again for cancelation...that is triple dipping ...BAD Business and Greedy!!!!!
I like the coaches, the fact that I don't have to think about what I am going to work out that day, I like the music, the atmosphere, the treadmills w/ fans and bounce, I like the way you have everything numbered and organized. I like the clients, they're nice when they need to be and leave you alone when they need to. I like the lighting, the availibility of wipes and water. I like the location and the schedule / timing of classes. I like that I am pushed 10X harder than if I were left to my own judgement. And I LOVE that Joe played Tom Petty today - I was crying a litle in the warm up.
