I go to LA fitness center because it is close to my home. Last week I experienced the worst customer service ever. I was playing racquetball , and one of my fellow players got hurt, and was bleeding, he went to get a bandage, the bandage was too small so he continued to bleed. I went to the front desk to try to help him, I then, met Shannon, she claimed to be the Manager of the facility, I asked her for a bandage because my colleague was still bleeding, Shannon stated they were out of bandages and they don't come in until the 15th, I asked if she could get one? Shannon said no I can't leave my desk. I said ok; could you get a staff member to get the bandage? Shannon again said no. I never once raised my voice to this women. I then said I can't believe your facility is out of bandages and you won't provide one. Then Shannon stated I was ATTACKING HER, I was in total shock. I am in the customer service business, one of the top sales in the industry I certainly would not have made it to the top treating a customer like Shannon treated me. After talking to Shannon she made me feel like I was the problem, not her.
