Historically, I was sort of unmotivated to adopt a regular exercise schedule. Contour has changed that. I especially love the group classes. They're fun and challenging. The best part: with a local gym, people notice when you don't show and they motivate you to be your best because they get to know you. If you want a more personal experience, this is an awesome place to visit. Try a class with Amy - an amazing way to start the day!

Diverse group classes, 24/7 gym facility, massage therapists, video-monitored kids area, and to top it all off: VETERAN owned and operated.
Wow.
Not only can you come in to use the gym 24/7, but you can also find the one-on-one guidance you may need to reach those goals you've always wanted. The staff of Personal Trainers is incredible when it comes to knowledge, diversity and passion. From functional to sport-specific to rehabilitation, you can't miss the dedication and passion for overall health in this environment.
Built from the ground up with one goal in mind: activating and maintaining healthy lifestyle choices.
These gym members / trainers have become more like a family to me, and I couldn't imagine any other place that could push me and motivate me to keep doing better.

I really love this gym! It's pretty small with a lot of things to do and get creative with your workouts. Zero complaints

For a "small" gym you get a lot out of this place! The prices are extremely reasonable and it's hours are great! I'm already seeing personal improvements and I've only been going a week! Just stick with it- I definitely recommend the group training. The instructors are great, very motivational and professional!

Contour is a unique facility with amazing vibes. Functional equipment, spacious 24 hour weight floor and a first class staff. Homey and appealing. This is a great space.
