Favorite gym ever! The staff is working hard to keep the machines and everything clean especially with the current situation. Plus all the employees are very nice and friendly. 10/10 recommend :)
This place was well managed! I was in town visiting some family. I had a slight concern about the safety as far as the covid-19. When I walked in I noticed several of the staff cleaning throughout my entire workout. Go check this place out and see James Joseph.
Awesome gym to go work out in. They have pretty much a machine for any type of muscle you're trying to develop. I have a personal gym where I live at but I got a membership here so that after I'm done working out at home I can come here and use the extra machines to hit certain muscle groups. If you get a membership here you can also use it at any other LA Fitness nationwide.

Great location, nice, helpful and supportive staff. Andre very helpful in membership and Isabella very helpful with acct issues. Depending on the time you go to workout, usually not crowded after in the morning. Definitely recommend this location.

This place was quite honestly 100% more useful as the Publix it once was. Going to Publix with no traffic lights was amazing.

Excellent experience. Called and spoke to Andre...extremely nice guy. I told him I was currently looking for a gym in the area, and wanted to try out a few. Without hesitation, he said come in, try us out, and gave me a free pass for the day. Place was clean, well equipped, and the staff friendly and cordial. Its a large facility, typically the same as the other LA Fitness facilities I tried in the past. No waiting for equipment...they had a variety of machines for every body part. I did like they left open the other areas in the gym...I skip rope, and it gave me a place to go without any complaining. Overall...THUMBS UP for Andre and LA FITNESS...thank you

Great gym but it annoys me that they took an area formerly used for stretching and turned it into private training only. Also not much enforcement on people dropping weights. Great equipment and atmosphere otherwise though.
Needs a good updating/upgrading because most equipment is old, locker/showers/toilet areas not functioning up to standards. Management turnover makes it hard to implement changes/maintain the facilities as advertised.
The instructors are patient with my 2 and 4 year olds, and they teach and build on multiple skills every week. The group classes are small so they get plenty of individual instruction.
Usually one of the best run and maintained LA Fitness locations. Some of the equipment is older, but even that is well maintained.

Cleaner than any of the other ones in the area and I feel safe here. Cityplace is nice too!
This is close to my house and the classes are great! Sally in childcare is awesome!
Even though it looks older than the Northlake gym, it is much cleaner.

Some real plusses. It's clean, spacious, and not too noisy. Better than Gold's on those counts.
Too bad though that the staff are mostly just doing a job. Eye contact with members is rare. You never see anyone advise a member who's using a piece of equipment badly. Gold's branches always have a happy vibe by comparison.

This location is one of their older locations but the equipment is very good. There's always someone cleaning the equipment, better than what I've seen at other locations. In fact, the best.
It doesn't get too packed and wait time is minimal. The most interesting thing I've noticed about this place is the overwhelming number of people that do deadlifts! This is my kind of gym.
Decent gym, some dated machines but great classes
I was called a "prick" by a trainer this morning after he interrupted my warm-up set. I was minding my own business trying to get in and out and on my way to work. Based on his surprise I don't believe I was suppose to hear his comment. It was no doubt an attempt to show off for his client. In doing so, made himself appear very unprofessional and even immature at reasoning skills, respectfull speaking.
The equipment I was using has been in a room, which has been open to the members for months now. It's frustrating on a whim that trainers can at their own leasure decide who and who cannot be in a room.
LA customers pay a decent fee for a membership and all equipment (excluding classes) should be available to paying members. That also means not being interrupted and especially verbally insulted. This is poor customer service practices.
Objectively speaking: I hope this review goes towards LA Fitness providing better customer/client service in the future.
