Great place to workout, love how its different workouts every day. Certified trainers are knowledgeable, show you how to do it, tell you when to do it and how fast. Constantly pushing you to your limits and help you grow, its like having personal trainer. also you work out in the group of people and over time you get to know them and push and compete against each other. keeps it fun and fresh
Workouts consist of 30 min cardio and 30 min weights, they provide you with heart rate monitor, put it on the big screens to help you stay motivated. They also do 90 min class on weekends and you need to book it in advance because it sells out fast
One of the best places and ways to workout, first class is always free to try. Definitely stop by and try it, worse case you will get a free work out!!!
