The full team is very kind and welcoming. The salon was renovated recently and everything is comfortable and nice. Great work out they try to keep you motivated and contact you when you are not going regularly so you will stay on track.

I love that this reasonably priced classes are available on my doorstep on flexible pay as you go basis.I would highly recommend to anyone.

I like that its short and challenging. The coaches push you but don't embarrass you in front of others.

Been going to this gym for a year now and I LOVE IT. No pretense, no attitude, just a friendly well-equipped gym for those serious on improving their health. Recommend it highly.

I love that Orangetheory is not just a workout, it's a community. I never thought I would enjoy working out early in the morning, and now I can't start my day without OTF. Everyone from the studio staff to the trainers are so encouraging and welcoming. Joining over 3 years ago I thought I might be bored by now with the workouts....that couldn't be farther from the truth. I LOVE OTF!!

Enjalene and Allie are excellent motivators and they correct me when I'm doing something wrong on the weight floor so that I get the most out of my workout. They have high energy are dedicated and make me want to work harder - and they play great music. I'm at OTF PGA West because of them! I try to come 5-6 days a week. Thank you!

Great place to workout, love how its different workouts every day. Certified trainers are knowledgeable, show you how to do it, tell you when to do it and how fast. Constantly pushing you to your limits and help you grow, its like having personal trainer. also you work out in the group of people and over time you get to know them and push and compete against each other. keeps it fun and fresh

Workouts consist of 30 min cardio and 30 min weights, they provide you with heart rate monitor, put it on the big screens to help you stay motivated. They also do 90 min class on weekends and you need to book it in advance because it sells out fast

One of the best places and ways to workout, first class is always free to try. Definitely stop by and try it, worse case you will get a free work out!!!
