stayed at the resort w my family. grounds are beautiful and everything was great until we encountered Elsa at the racquet center. she was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Terrible service and horrible representation of the hotel and club.
Watch out for the horrible witch Ann who works at the front desk. She was one of the worst people I have ever met. She yelled at my family and had no filter. Appalled.
