The gym is clean and staff is welcoming..Great staff, hours are great, friendly work out environment.Nice if u avoid the jamm-time.Very confortable atmosphere. Plus workers are very helpful when needed.... more
Rooms were great. Couldn't get much sleep female 2 rooms down stayed loud at all times of the night & had no common courtesy. We felt so bad for her poor boyfriend who kept his composure quite well aside from the insults & abuse from the young lady.... more
Small gym. Gets the job done. I wish they would invest in better elliptical machines. Staff is always friendly and you can't beat the 24 hour access..I was treated very well for the short time I was there as an out of towner visiting from another state they offered me a week special so i could keep up my running regiment up.... more

The staff, rooms and service were AMAZING. Had to visit Melbourne 2 weekends in a row for a death in my family. Each stay, the staff was thoughtful and whatever we needed they were there with smiling faces and genuine kindess! *Special kudos go out to Eric, Obbed, Leah and Jasmine.... more
Pros: Perfect location. Great amount of cardio equipment. Nice spin room. Nice studio, for yoga, kickboxing etc. Excellent instructors. Nice size personal training area. Cons: Rude staff at the front desk.... more
