Rooms were great. Couldn't get much sleep female 2 rooms down stayed loud at all times of the night & had no common courtesy. We felt so bad for her poor boyfriend who kept his composure quite well aside from the insults & abuse from the young lady.... more
Really helped my mom with her therapy.Great place to work out and to get therapy..Just starting physical fitness and find the classes helpful and informative. Some of the machines are older but still do the job.... more
They constantly have the aerobic room taken up w ballroom classes w 1-2 people so I could never use it.Weekly rate for two people was very fair. Owner and staff were super nice. The facility has a large variety of machines, free weights and dumbells.... more
Small gym. Gets the job done. I wish they would invest in better elliptical machines. Staff is always friendly and you can't beat the 24 hour access..I was treated very well for the short time I was there as an out of towner visiting from another state they offered me a week special so i could keep up my running regiment up.... more

Great gym, staff is very helpful.Great place to shop as well as walk around and solialize.Wonderful gym with expert assistants. However, several machines have required electronic display repairs for months.... more
Pros: Perfect location. Great amount of cardio equipment. Nice spin room. Nice studio, for yoga, kickboxing etc. Excellent instructors. Nice size personal training area. Cons: Rude staff at the front desk.... more
