This is an awesome yoga studio! I just started doing yoga a couple months ago and this was an awesome place to start. Holly is wonderful and the space is very inviting. Love being able to go here, great physically and mentally.

Caught a karma class at this friendly studio while in the area for a conference.
Sue led us thru well-paced class. Very enjoyable.

This is the best yoga studio I have ever practiced at. I started practicing at the original location in Downtown Orlando/Fern Creek two years ago and transferred to the new location in Ocoee when it opened. I have been practicing yoga (casually) since I was 13 years old and my experience at Firefly Yoga Company has been essential in integrating a more regular practice in my life. I feel physically and mentally better after each yoga class; the owner, Holly, is one of the most compassionate individuals I have ever met in my life. She and all the instructors here are extremely knowledgeable and have a deep passion for yoga. This place has a welcoming, community-type vibe and is open to practitioners of all levels and body types. They also offer unique monthly workshops. What are you waiting for? Take a class today!!!

The studio is very welcoming, both in atmosphere and by the instructors. Novice and well practiced yogis would find a safe space here to practice. They responded quickly to questions I asked prior to visiting and were very helpful. While they do not offer a solely pre-natal class, Holly was very helpful in explaining modifications and telling me to remind them anytime I come to turn the AC on, so I don't get overheated while pregnant. Great studio!

Made it to my first studio yoga class in years. And thank you Mandy for being a great and compassionate instructor. I came to the 6:15 ash flow which is an ashtanga inspired flow. I enjoyed the energy of the space, the studio, and the instructor. The have a good new student package as well as really good options for class packages. Feeling grateful. Namaste.

I'm visiting from SF on a work trip and this "power" class was EXACTLY what I needed. All my favorite poses + some rly interesting new ones, good pace, good music, helped get my mind right. Thank you Ashely & firefly for a great experience!

Absolutely amazing studio. The instructors are so knowledgeable and caring. They have a variety of classes that range from relaxing to challenging and the instructors are always ready to provide modifications to suit your needs. They have created an amazing environment that makes you want to keep coming back.

Firefly Yoga Company is one of a kind. The owner, Holly, is an amazing yoga teacher and just an all-around wonderful person. She has the best prices...there are always at least four different specials that she has every month. When you take a class at Holly's studio, it doesn't matter if it's your first time on the mat or your hundredth because every teacher there is phenomenal and they always give you one-on-one attention. I love Firefly Yoga Company!

Firefly is such an inviting space. I've been very impressed by the skill of the instructors and their willingness to move around the room giving advice and aid to every student. All of my classes have been wonderful with Bree, Nicole, Lindy, Holly, and Jamie. I've been to a lot of other studios, but Firefly is the first in town that I didn't just enjoy the classes, but found a truly lovely yoga community.

this place is so wonderful! beautiful studio and the everything from the vibe to the teachers and owner are all amazing, so happy this place is right around the corner from my house. Also, you can't beat the price of the drop in yoga class rate!
