Amazing staff...Good, clean, and safe fun for all.
The staff here is absolutely incredible. Very friendly and high energy. They additionally take the time to make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly, to maximize results and avoid injury. The front desk staff are very welcoming and encouraging as well. I hate the gym but really enjoy these workouts.
I absolutely love this place. All the coaches and the staff are awesome! Not only this, but this OTF location has a view! Don't get me wrong, other studios are fine, but who else can say they have a view of the lake while using the weights on the floor. Going back to the coaches, they are all helpful and help push you to your goal. The girls up front are nice as well I can't tell you how many times I go to class early just to sit and chat with them. Get to know them, they're good people :) Give this place a chance if you want an amazing workout that will keep you coming back!
Challening but fun. I can definitely see the benefit in attending these classes.
Love this place! I've been to 6 classes so far, and all of the coaches have been super welcoming, and are quick to help with weight lifting form and questions. There are people of all fitness levels, and while the workouts are HARD, I've never felt out of place. Definitely would recommend!
Excellent workout. Hits all critical needs (cardio, endurance, muscle strength) in less than an hour.

Friendly, knowledgeable front desk staff, motivating and encouraging coaches, and a variety of exercises and movements that never get old!

After my first try at orange theory I knew I made a great decision . I highly recommend it . The work out can seem intense but everyone does it at their own pace. You will definitely feel it the next day!

Dan is amazing, pushes me to my max, while encouraging me to listen to my body. He's gentle in approach but challenging in his routine, and it's such a great work out. The front desk staff is so welcoming, and genuine. You all have a great thing over there. I look forward to reaching my fitness goals with you. And I am encouraging my friends to join me in the pursuit. Thx OTWP
The workouts are extremely challenging which I enjoy. I like that I can self-challenge/self-regulate my workout. I'm 53 and like that I can workout with 20 something's and keep up but at my own pace. I thought I was in decent shape when I started as I am a Masters Rower. I have lost body fat and gained muscle and I am now more competitive on the water. It's a terrific way to stay in shape in the off season and good companion workout during the season.
Cancellation and Freeze requirements are ridiculous. I made them aware of health issues I have and always notified them when I would be in the hospital. They continued to charge my credit card and then claimed they can't do anything about refunding me since the charge already went through. I even showed them all my medical bills as proof, thanks for making a tough situation even worse. The actual work out is good but you shouldn't penalize your clients when things come up, health wise or even just when things get busy. You should be able to freeze as needed and not limit it to 2 months.
I tried to call this location today to get price points for different membership levels. The associate I spoke with refused to give me price details; insisting I need to take a class first. Which is a classic sales move. She told me the trainer will recommend how many classes I "need" and THEN I'll know what level of membership I need. I already know how much I want to work out, I don't need OrangeTheory to tell me. I don't want to go to a class and then be bombarded with sales pitches directly after. (I particularly don't want to take a class, love it and then find out I can't afford it.) Not impressed.
Orange Theory Fitness is great because each class is different and always a new challenge. Even if I am a little sore, or under the weather, I can still burn quite a few calories and just take it a bit easier. This class works well for all fitness levels!
