Recently joined great staff, clean atmosphere and a pleasant place to work out best time is 5 am after 7 traffic starts but overall good place
This is the cleanest and most well stocked gym of which I have ever been a member. I could lift weights at home, but only at Spark Fitness can David suggest those minor tweaks to my performance that really make a difference. It's those suggestions to my form that I can immediately feel leading to dramatic results. The staff of the gym are very upbeat and positive. I occasionally work with other trainers and each of them challenges me in a different way. The variety of styles has kept me from plateauing in my strength training.

After going to some name brand gyms and trying to do it myself, my hopes were a little low. Now 5 months into it, this has definitely been one of my best decisions. I enjoy the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. David and his team are more then just fitness coaches, they're life coaches with real world experience and expectations. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

My trainer, Ben, knows what I can handle and gives me encouragement without being a cheerleader. I feel comfortable asking questions when I don't understand what we're doing. The gym is clean and the other clients are friendly and no intrusive. I've seen people there of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. If you are motivated to train and just need some education and direction, this gym would serve you well.

The program they have me on is tailored for me, challenging and hard, but doable to the point where after a couple of months I already feel stronger.

I came to Spark with minimal weight lifting experience and a desire to put on muscle. David utilized state of the art technology to determine my current weight, body fat percentage, and muscle structure and used his experience to create workout plan and diet plan to help me achieve my goals.
For almost six months now I've had sessions with David three times per week and the results have been nothing short of fantastic. I've gained 20 pounds, a material portion of the gain being muscle, and I still continue to see positive weekly results in my strength and physical conditioning. Beyond that, the Spark team has equipped me with the knowledge to be able to enter a gym on my own and safely lift free weights with proper form, a skill I'm certain I'll carry with me far beyond my relationship with the Spark team.
