I came to Spark with minimal weight lifting experience and a desire to put on muscle. David utilized state of the art technology to determine my current weight, body fat percentage, and muscle structure and used his experience to create workout plan and diet plan to help me achieve my goals.
For almost six months now I've had sessions with David three times per week and the results have been nothing short of fantastic. I've gained 20 pounds, a material portion of the gain being muscle, and I still continue to see positive weekly results in my strength and physical conditioning. Beyond that, the Spark team has equipped me with the knowledge to be able to enter a gym on my own and safely lift free weights with proper form, a skill I'm certain I'll carry with me far beyond my relationship with the Spark team.
