The kids sitting behind the front desk aren't always ably to deftly assist the parents they are being faced with, but no big deal they are friendly and do their best. However when I raised a concern regarding athlete safety and appropriate staff behavior I was told the athletes mother didn't complain & the staff member is well respected so thanks. I think that should have been handled with a more vigilant "I'll keep an eye out and discuss appropriate conduct with my staff" kind of an attitude, but that's just me.

This place has gone down hill fast. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. When confronting the owner of the facility about the many issues that I have had she took no fault by saying we all have our opinions. Some of the many complaints that i had are yelling at parents in the waiting room for issues that need to be handled in private, getting onto my children for no reason, lack of coaches and having jr athletes teaching both my girls 2 and 7! This is just a few of the many reasons I would NOT recommend this gym! Good luck to you if decide to invest into this place.
