I love this studio! There is a great balance of strengthening and breath awareness in the classes to leave you feeling strong, stress free and balanced. :) All the teachers are wonderful, but I'm usually faithful to Mon and Wed evening classes to fit my work schedule.... more

The kids sitting behind the front desk aren't always ably to deftly assist the parents they are being faced with, but no big deal they are friendly and do their best. However when I raised a concern regarding athlete safety and appropriate staff behavior I was told the athletes mother didn't complain & the staff member is well respected so thanks.... more
