Definitely a judge free zone. Place is well kept. The staff are professional and very welcoming. My favorite equipment is definitely three stair master! They have more than enough equipment so you're not stuck waiting!

My experience at the Pembroke Pines Planet Fitness is always a good one! This gym is clean, the equipment is up to par and the front desk attendants are always polite and available. David is specifically always professional, polite, and helpful when I go early in the mornings. He has helped me with different equipment and made sure that my time in the gym is pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location when you don't want too much of a crowd. I was previously going to the Miami Lakes location and it was always too crowded. Now I am able to get in a great workout before I go to work because all of the machines are available when I need them! Visit this location!

I have been here about a year and all good, machines sometimes are out of service but that's understandable. 1 star because they sent some people to clean the lights and all the dust is landing on the people. Its disgusting and unsanitary, if you have to close de gym for an hour would not kill us

My favorite Machine is Broken they know it is because she didn't even ask me which machine it is, I wont snitch her out. Im NOT HAPPY WITH THIS LOCATION!

I had a membership with planet fitness since November 2017. Almost a year and i only went in one time with my fiance. I have paid 23.31 every month and the stupid $50 fee thats supposed to be charged every year on November. Mind you i signed up in the start of November 2017. They should have waited a year before start charging me that fee. I called in February to cancel but couldnt since i had a contract. Ok, so they told me to return to gym in august after that payment was made. I didnt have time to go in until today and the person behind the counter tells me that i came in too late and that i still have to pay for September. I dont understand the concept of paying for another month if i havent used the gym for almost a year. They have $259.79 of my money meanwhile i went to the gym once. And on top of that they want to charge me another $23.31. These gyms like these are not as good as you think. They are snakes.

Clean and a good variaety of machines. The locker room is super clean. The staff always maintaine the gym picked up. The weights are always in their place. The Angel machine for massage is super awesome. The only complaint is the staff is really strict with guess policy.

So I am paying a $21 dollars a month membership for over one year without coming in at all. I changed my debit card yet Planet fitnes managed to charge directly from my bank account and that was fine after one year I decided to come in today and I was not allow to workout because I owed November 2017 payment. Again, Yes November they pulled the money til this day, no problem. The girl in the front desk said sorry honey that's it. NOT EVEN A COURTESY PASS so that I can review my statements. Shame shame shame planet fitness. Guess what? You will not see a penny of mine anymore.

I think the pressure of CRUNCH near by has this location on point. Throughout my entire membership. I've never seen staff so attentive with the cleanliness of the gym equipment and restrooms. A nice and welcomed change for the better.

Their memberships are a scam, they do not cancel your service even when they say they did, they will continue to charge your bank accout hidden fees! Worst gym membership experience in my life!

My experience with the cancellation was awesome. Very helpful and easy. I do feel bad for the girl in the front desk being swamped with a bunch of people and maneuvering to still care about my experience, but still struggled.. She even asked me to call the manager (I didn't call him) for help since he gets the easy money: on his phone, outside, sitting on the ground. I wish we could all have that job! (Sarcasm). If anyone knows the girl working on February 20th at 9:30PM, give the girl more importance and reprimand the manager on that shift, definition of the words lazy and careless. I will, though, still keep this location in mind when I want to come back and recommend to others.

I frequent the gym regularly...they have changed out alot of the staff and for some reason gone with a younger crew. They are loud and often times you cannot get service or have to wait to check in due to the constant playing and talking. Tonight was a prime example...I signed up for this new machine everyone has been talking about just to try it...there was someone inside so the Manager (Martha) said I would be next..but there was a 12 min wait...no problem. As I was waiting someone signed in after me to use it..cool no worries...so I wait..I told the Manager that I would lock up my belongings and come back...she said ok and that I was next. There was also another young staff member that told me while I was at the desk that I was next...cool no problems. As I come out the locker room I see the lady who signed up after me ask the young lady if she could go in now that the machine was empty..the young staff member told her go ahead. I immediately reminded her that I was next...instead of correcting the issues, she looked me in my face and said no..the lady was ahead of me...so I grabbed the list and showed her that the lady wasn't...The manager saw the lady walking in and asked what happened..I explained that her staff member let the woman go ahead of me.. The staff member continued to lie and say the lady was ahead of me...so I showed the manager the list and she acknowledged that I was next. The manager didn't try to correct the issue either. They both turned away and continued working like I wasn't there until I asked for the district managers name then they both were very apologetic...It's bad enough that my time was wasted..but to have a staff member lie..and the manager see that there was an issue and not try to correct it is even worse.

Most of the staff here look like they would rather be anywhere else, and their behavior toward you shows that as well. When I cancelled my membership, I told the person I didn't like how staff treated me as well as how small the weights section is, and all he put on my contact for the reason for leaving was "no time." I would have said something if I wasn't pressed for time, but the fact that he couldn't write down the real reason is fishy for me. Planet Fitness is not the best gym. Go to Crunch Gym instead. They're awesome!

This location is the worst. I started at Ives Dairy and experienced awesome customer service, then came over here and the staff only started being nice after I matched their rudeness. To make matters worse, recently, a customer passed out and used the bathroom on himself while on one of the mats. I asked the staff for a towel for the guy, but it had to be approved by management. The girl at the desk called, but the general manager denied the request and stated that I had to pay for the towel. I was fuming. I really could not believe this was happening. Someone passes out and makes a mess and you say they have to buy a $15 towel?? Sooo, you can't write it off??? Really?! I will definitely be writing/calling corporate. The worker did say she was approved to provide water and Gatorade for customers, but a $15 towel goes a long way for someone in a situation like this. Furthermore, the mat was cleaned with that water spray they have for equipment but I never saw the worker go clean the mat with bleach. Sweat is one thing-feces is a whole other story.
Other issues: They have two tanning booths, but no massage beds. Why not have one tanning booth and one massage bed??? There are two changing areas in the women's shower section-one has a bench and the other has a hook to hang your bag. They really need to find another bench. It's hard to get ready for work with my bag hanging from that hook. (I refuse to put my belongings on the floor.) Also, the showers are right next to the toilet stalls. If someone does a #2, you have to shower, fix your hair, and everything else while dealing with the bad smell. The Ives Dairy location has the showers and stalls on separate sides. Unfortunately, I moved west of i75 and Ives Dairy is too far to commute to.

When I signed up for a membership the associate advised that if I moved to a location where the gym was not close that I would not have to continue my membership, as long as I showed documentation.
After moving I asked to cancel my membership and not be charged an annual fee and they advised that they do not have that policy. They charge the annual fee even though I requested to cancel me membership and sent me to collection, neglecting my request to cancel.
Do not go to this gym! They scam you into signing a contract under false pretense. In addition, you pay $20 to use tanning and the machines are always broken for tanning. To top it off the managers have a bad attitude and poor customer service skills.
When I told him I was going to right the review, he said go ahead and write it on google yelp, etc. And he proceeded to say you can never come sign up again at planet fitness and that's fine, just pay the annual fee. Why would anyone pay an annual fee for something they requested to cancel? Worse service ever. SCAM CONTRACT.

Music to loud unacceptable. You should be able to hear your own music. When I call from the gym music was so loud the rep was unable to hear me an got rude

The girls that work in the morning is awesome. The overnight guys is also amazing. Great location very clean and organized. I just wish this location had the SYNRGY360. Overall great experience here at this location.
