I come to this studio only because of Jhera's classes! She is one of the best pilates instructors I've ever had and I have been doing pilates off and on since 2009 so I've been everywhere and tried everything! After her class I always leave feeling stronger, taller, leaner and never sore my 67 year old aunt also loves her class, she is very attentive to everyone in the studio too.... more

I started going there two weeks ago and I am actually pretty happy with it. It's a small gym but has everything you need to get a work out on. The gym is kept very clean and there is no weights laying around since everyone takes care of it and helps keeping it clean.... more
