I love exhale. It would be nice to have it in San Jose.
The Exhale South Beach spa and fitness facility is outstanding, and I became a member for monthly visits. The spa is beautiful, recently renovated and includes access to the Loew's pool. Jessica who manages the fitness club recommended the best membership with spa and fitness. Excellent club!

Located in the Loews Hotel but available to non guests, i used Exhale for the Yoga and Barre classes all of which were absolutely fabulous during the week i used them.
Fun, intense and I could feel the burn afterwards!

I love the S. Beach location, hidden on the lower floor of the St. Moritz building. The team is always friendly, classes just hard enough with great teachers, and the steam room, whirlpool and showers are luxurious. The spa's upstairs treatment rooms are beautiful too, with great therapists.

Nice and clean place, great costumer service. Steam room and showers and jacuzzi were fantastic as well as the Zen Spa.

Bad service - they booked my reservation at the wrong exhale location. Did comp the massage but it was a series of errors on the part of the exhale services team. Need to step up their game, seriously, by the looks of other reviews.
Customer service was okay at best. Pedicure was okay. The nail specialist was sweet. Overall not worth the price at all.

This spa and gym is heaven on earth, I come here because I have class pass so I have the right to take a couple of barre or yoga classes per month, the vale is super cheap ($5 but need to get validation otherwise is $30!) the amenities are sooooo luxurious! Steam room, towels, lockers, sandals, jacuzzi and a relaxing "zen" room with tea and nuts and a warm neck pillow for relaxing after the class are so pampering, also in the women's locker room you can find anything from shampoo to pads and razors showers etc, perfect to spend the day in there relaxing after the class. A lot of spoiling going on in there!
We had a couple's massage booked here but decided to cancel the week before because we needed to trim back the cost of the trip. When I called to cancel, they couldn't find our reservation but we were assured the appointment would be cancelled. The day of the appointment, I received a call saying that we would be charged for a no-show. I went down to the spa and the lady who helped me was not only polite and wonderfully competent but she was funny too. She figured out that the lines had been crossed and that we were booked at the downtown location. She called the other location and had the charges reversed. I'm reserving the 5th star because I cannot actually speak to the quality of services (since we didn't have any) but based on how this situation was handled, I'm betting this is a place that does things right!!
I had a Thai stretch massage with Monica and it was excellent! She was very good at focusing in on a couple trouble areas I have and also knowledgeable about how to prevent it in the future. World class experience and super sweet lady!

Adriana is the best esthetician there, but dealing with the staff will be a seriously challenge. Be sure to double check your receipt and bank or credit card statements!!!! And they always keep your credit card on file - no matter what. Even if you only have service there once - they still keep it on file!!
