Totally boggles my mind that Flywheel is still a hidden gem in Miami. This place is the best. By tracking your metrics and encouraging competition in class via a live scoreboard, Flywheel gets more out of people than the tapbacks / dance moves of Soul does.
The stadium seating is amazing and makes the room feel more spacious. Even in a full room, you don't feel crowded. The showers are amazing and have tons of cool products and most people go home and shower so there's usually no line.
Flywheel has an arms section but I usually skip it because I'm there to spin. Flywheel is great because there's no judgment if you skip arms and cycle through (cough cough Soul). You could probably do your own thing the whole time and not get any pushback. The music is great, the instructors are chill, and the performance is measured. Amazing!

Great place. Great people from the spin to barre studio, to the front desk staff. Highly recommend to anyone who thrives off of positive energy and uses that to make his/her workout the best possible!

Indoor stadium-style spin studio; of the Flywheel studios I've visited, this one has by far the best instructors. However, sign up early as some classes fill and the it can get very crowded at peak times. Be aware the bathroom (3) and showers (2) are often in heavy rotation. Parking is $, the parking garage is $1 an hour and while some metered parking is to be found the area it can be a challenge to get an open spot on the street. Just use the garage and don't think about risking a fine, boot or tow.
