I have my buddy training sessions with Juancho. Hes really, really, REALLY energetic. Everyone in the gym can hear him, and hes been very helpful for me to build muscles. I can see the obvious differences on my body after every single session. If you mind being the focus at the gym, try arrange with another trainer. If not, hes definitely the one for u!

Incredible workout! Studio is very clean, and the model is a high intensity interval training workout. The staff is very friendly and supportive, and gives you the attention you need to perform your best with proper form!
LOVE this studio!!! Halliday and Elie are amazing instructors...both exceptionally motivating and knowledgeable. I definitely push myself harder through their encouragement. I have never boxed before, but the moves are clearly explained and the instructors make sure everyone is safely doing what they are suppose to be doing. Also, good to note that the classes are for everyone, can modify as necessary... a fab workout for all. Super clean facility, music is great...definitely give it a try!

The fitbox method atmosphere is the best around the Miami area! I found my perfect place to work out where I always want to go back! Amazing staff, the best of the best teachers and energy. Even if you are not into boxing, you have to try it, you will definitely love it!

Loved this class! Felt such good energy and really have not enjoyed a boxing class in Miami as much as I enjoyed this one. Definitely challenging but I felt amazing afterwards.
Fitbox Method is so... deceptive about their "free" class. I was contacted and spoke with two males four different times and was never told I had to rent the gloves-$5 and pay $15 for a pair wraps-you keep the wraps. I also received a voicemail on one occasion as well as three text messages. None of these conversations or other communications mentioned payment or rental for anything. I guess once you show up for class they think you'll just pay; I almost did. After I thought about the number of times I was contacted, I told the gentleman at the front desk this was deceptive. When I asked him why this information wasn't disclosed he said, "It's boxing, and you can't box without gloves.
I guess this deception has worked for Fitbox Method in the past, and it almost worked on me.
Fitbox Method class is not free, it's $20 made through the glove rental-$5 and the wrap purchase-$15

I was contacted via text by a gentleman who says he was the "owner" of Fitbox Method. He said he was upset, and I said I was disappointed. He asked me if I would consider taking off the bad review. I told him only if he discloses that a rental and purchase is required to take the free class. With everything he said I felt his major concern was, not me, the customer but getting the negative review removed.
The "owner" promised me that the Fixbox website and the reminder email discloses that a rental and purchase are required to take the class. I therefore sent him a screenshot of the reminder email I received because it didn't disclose that information. He said he would verify and make sure to add it. As for the website, well... the disclosed information may be somewhere else, which I'm coining the fine print, but it's not on the main page where you choose the free class option or on the page you're redirected to provide your contact information. That's it. There is absolutely no disclosure on these two pages about the rental and purchase required to take class. See the pictures posted.
This is my last update to this post. "Mr. Owner" this was never meant to "kind of bash" your business as you stated in your text. I just believe everyone should know before they sign up and go because I didn't.

Located inside the Biscayne Park Building (Pure Vida Opening soon out front), Miami's newest boxing gym! Staff are welcoming, studio is spacious enough to hold 30 comfortably and workouts are INTENSE. Professional boxers as trainers who take pride in pushing their clients to known limits and beyond. Pack water and energy, will need them both!
I have been going to this gym since April and absolutely love it! The trainers are awesome and the atmosphere is great, the front desk staff are friendly and professional. They have the equipment needed there for purchase at good prices, which is very convenient. I see results already within just 2 months and feel great after each class. Try them out and you will love it too!

This gym is great! I totally recommend it. The staff is very nice and they have the best trainer in town called Ellie, his class is amazing, he has a lot of energy and he motivates you a lot during the class. The gym is very clean. Try Fitbox, I recommend it a 100%.
I took a 7am class with Coach Eli and it was awesome! He pushed all of us in a great manner not to soft or to tough but was open to your pace and made sure you knew what you were doing. Great mix of exercises and I really enjoyed.
I love going to Miami because I know I can swing into Fitbox and get my ass kicked!!! Wow this is the best workout ever. It is so fun and the music and trainers are the best. Can't wait to go back!!!
The experience and feeling you get training at this facility is incredible. I have been in the Bussines for many years and let me informed you , the quality of trainers are just beyond your expectations.

This is a no joke class. What I like about this place is that each trainer brings their unique style. I have only done the boxing classes but I hear positive reviews about the spinning.
Only wish their morning classes started earlier so I could do them and make it to work on time - but I have come to realize that this is a Miami issue
The cycling class was great! I enjoyed the enthusiasm of the instructor. Her energy was engaging and encouraging. The studio was clean and the equipment was top-notch. I'll definitely be back!
I have had an amazing experience at FitBox! All of the trainers are knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging. The rest of the staff are courteous and friendly making the environment very welcoming. As for the workout, it's intense but enjoyable. I have left every session feeling accomplished and stronger. This concept was new to me a month ago and I never thought I would go as often as I have so I can confidently say Fitbox is my new addiction!
Went while visiting family for the holidays. The class great! It was easy enough to navigate and fall into the pace even as newbie. I also found I could take things in my own stride and ability level. Staff and instructors were friendly and encouraging. Bring water, you'll need it.
A was looking for a workout program that provided something new and Fitbox Method was my choice. I appreciate the mixture of boxing, cardio, and weight training which provide ample ways to trick the body into shape. I love that the programs are designed to work with my body and not against it. The knowledge and expertise of body mechanics by the trainers has helped me with the proper techniques which reduces the probability of injury. Thanks Fitbox Method for providing a fabulous facility and staff.
I found Fitbox Method on Class Pass. The energy of the instructors is contagious. This is one of the best facilities I have been too.....and it's walking distance from my home. All the instructors are pro's, but Elie is the reason I joined Fitbox and dropped Class Pass. My body is getting stronger and stronger. I'm training for the Chicago Marathon, and Elie's class is part of my training. Once my training is done.....I'll be taking 2-3 times a week. Thank you for the great atmosphere, workouts, and making it fun as well.
I went to Elie's class--one of the most challenging and fun workouts i've ever done! All the staff members were very professional and helpful as well. I can't wait to go back!!

Fitbox method is the best! The trainers are really dedicated and care about the improvement of the members. Every class I leave the class covered in sweat and in pain but so satisfied! I started only going once a week but now I'm getting unlimited and going as much as I can because I can't get such a good workout anywhere else. Definitely my favorite gym!
