This place is great! Best workout around hands down. I transferred from the box down in Coral Gables and while that one is great in its own way, this place just feels different. Trainers are very much involved and always available to help 1-on-1.
It's hard to find a gym where you fit in but happy to have found this one.
Love this place. They have highly encouraging trainers and great sessions. The owner, Bill, is really nice and knowledgeable.
Also, it kind of feels like a community since there is always the same people at the same time of the day, which builds a very friendly and supportive environment.
One of the best workouts you can get. Everyday brings a new set of diverse exercises.
There is a bit of a learning curve for the exercises but it's lot of fun .just stick to a comfortable weight and utilize the great coaches they have.

CrossFit Wynwood is conveniently located in the heart of Miami's Art District.
Major plus, free parking on the front and back sides of the building.

This place is awful. There staff is barely competent (no one is certified above crossfit level 1) so if you don't know what you're doing you could easily be hurt, and if you have an injury or weakness they struggle find appropriate scaling or alternate movement. The group that goes here is pretty homogeneous, so be prepared to not fit in if you are not young white and already fit. Worst of all, after we canceled our membership, my fiance and I were charged for two additional months, almost $600 in total. We are feeling scammed and taken advantage of, especially considering we only went for a couple weeks before feeling totally ignored and like our coaching needs weren't being met.

I wish we have the option for 10 stars!! This place is more than excellent. Great box, awesome people, well trained coaches and best work outs in Miami. I love working out everyday because I get a lot of motivation from everyone at Crossfit Wynwood. We tried several Crossfit gyms when we moved to Miami and without a doubt we picked the best one!!! Love my couches and love this place!!! I've been going to Crossfit Wynwood for over a year and highly recommend it! Saturday WOD is a lot of FUN and free!!!

I have been to quite a few boxes over the last six years and I must admit that the coaching and equipment at Crossfit Wynwood is superior. After a long time doing Crossfit I've broken my personal record in 3 movements in the first two months of being here (Deadlift, Clean and Jerk and Back Squat), which I hadn't done for years. The coaches are very knowledgeable and dedicated to each one of us, they will correct your mistakes and make sure that you focus your attention where it needs to go.
Good coaching, good atmosphere and good equipment bring good results.

I Love Crossfit Wynwood!! When I first started I was super shy and scared because I did not know anyone and thought I was going to be judge for "not being good" but MO and Chris were super friendly they made me feel welcomed and part of the family!! The members are super friendly I will go on for days about this place. If you are looking for a great workout with friendly people and awesome coaches this is the place to go !! Good job CF Wynwood keep up the great work.
