Tired of going to a packed gym where all you do is go through the motions of lifting a weight or pushing a machine...LEGACY FITNESS is by far the BEST workout in Miami. 1 hour a day (or if you have the energy to go for a second round later in the day), this is what you get: start off by arriving a bit early to stretch & ready the board for the workout you are about to go through, class starts ON THE DOT, don't be late, or the class may be running to the stop sign more than once. You go through 2 minute stations with a workout partner they assign you where you motivate one another or compete to make the workouts harder, stations include machines, treadmills, rowers, ropes, medicine balls, hurdles, weights, plyometrics....you name it, you are doing it for 1 hour of intense, sweat your behind off, AMAZING workouts!! You will be pushed to your limits and feel amazing after!! Legacy Fitness is addicting, so get ready for the workout of your life!!!
