Dropped in today. They were very welcoming and helped us feel very comfortable. The warmup was almost a mini wod. Which was great.
Not sure Infor was Miami or the location but it would have been nice to have a bit more air flow.
If you are downtown and need to drop into a box, this is a solid place.
Awesome gym! Owners and coaches are very welcoming and put out great programs everyday. Great community of members as well!

This is the best Crossfit Gym in Downtown Miami. I have tried all tried all the others and Crossfit muscle form downtown is by far the best and most worth while. The trainers are awesome and they provide a great workout environment.
