This place is off the hook; the owner Karlee is beyond accommodating and these classes I believe are truly life-changing. Perfect location right in the middle of Brickell, Miami. After 4 months now- I have now quit my other 2 gyms (Equinix and Sweat 440) as this place is so terrific.
Me and my wife we have come to Epic for around 2 years now and we love it. Its not the typical HIIT class as they mixed with some acrobatic exercise, nothing crazy but there is where you see better improvements as you go more and more frequently. It feels a bit like a HIIT with Ninja training. I highly recommend it.
Fun, efficient and effective workouts that you feel the next day. Enough repetition to build skills but enough new programming to keep things interesting. I did cardio exclusively for years - I enjoy this so much more and found the results both more immediate and longer lasting.
I have been coming to this facility for a little over a year now and cannot say more wonderful things. The workouts are different everyday, the classes are small, and all the instructors are amazing. When I first moved to Miami I used classpass to shop some gyms in the area, but am so happy to have found this community.
