The encouragement, the challenging workouts, the sense of community. It's hard to say what is the most appealing aspect of Crossfit Yellow Falcon. I love it all. This is the first time ever that I have stayed truly committed to any workout facility or Personal Trainer.
I can tell you how grateful I am to have found Emily at Crossfit Yellow Falcon, although the whole Pack at Crossfit Yellow Falcon are top notch, period. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with smiles, they are definitely the BEST. Get ready because you are going to love it!
But I have to thank Emily, not only for how she has helped me strengthen physically, but also because she's given me a renewed sense of discipline and accomplishment that carries over into other areas of my life.
What an Amazing place! You feel motivated from the moment you walk in. Classes are structured and keep you going. You don't only have one coach, but every coach is your coach! Everyone provides tips and advice on how to get the most out of every movement and workout. It is a great family like atmosphere where you feel welcome. Great variety of classes and options to keep you sweating. I'm glad I decided to join.

The Coaches, are excellent, knowledgable, caring and make sure you are doing correct form. The facility is clean and well kept. The community, is a big family that not only workout together, but hangout together in events other than CrossFit. I was in Miami for a 3 day conference and there were a couple of crossfit gyms in the area. Really glad that I chose to walk into Yellow Falcon Crossfit. The facility, coaches, and community are nothing short of amazing. Renee, the head coach, was very friendly and accommodating. If you're in the area, go check this gym out!

I really love this place. You don't need to be an expert to do crossfit here. Personally, I didn't like to exercise at all until I came here. Coaches motivates you to achieve your goals every day. You just get addicted to it and in a few weeks you start to see changes. Everyone should give it a try. It's not just a place to exercise, it is a place were you find friendly people that are willing to help you and encourage you to feel better about yourself. It doesn't matter if you haven't done crossfit in the past. Here you are going to find exercises for beginners, intermediates or experts. Give it a try!!
The greatest box in Dade county! All the coaches are enthusiastic about teaching and the overall energy keeps me coming back!! Not to mention clean equipment and a freakin shower-- i see a long future for my workouts :) ")

High intensity workouts, coaches make sure your technique is right to prevent injuries, athletes of all levels. And... it is THE CLEANEST BOX in Miami.

Great Crossfit Box. Most of the boxes in the area dont have the quality equipment that this box has. Plus the owners and coaches are amazing people that keep the box with a great amostphere.
Great location and great gym to do crossfit or lifting. Coaches are amazing and take their time to teach you and more importantly motivate you to do your best effort. Totally recommend it ! ! !

I went today for my first time. The instructor was very patient with me and took her time to explain each move. It was a great workout and plan to go back again.
When I found Yellow Falcon I had been trying different boxes in the area for almost a month and my wife pointed out they were close to a restaurant we both really liked. I dropped in one evening around 8 p.m. and was welcomed to try the class at no expense. One thing that always stood out is the welcome "clap" the class did for me. Coach Rene who happens to be the owner introduced me to the class and had them clap three times as a warm welcome. If you CrossFit or if you've gone to other boxes then you know the anxiety of being the new kid at the box but this "clap" made it as a welcoming invite into their tribe. I was coming from a box I really loved in Hialeah but a move to the area forced me to find a new box. Coach Claudia which is coach Rene's wife gives the box that delicate female touch and they both compliment each other very well in teaching. They are both hands on and will remember your name, say goodbye, and ask about your day or just make sure to acknowledge you while you are there. I continued to go the rest of that first week and now I've been wodding there for almost five months and I have grown to love the people I workout with and the coaches. Even coach Candice who teaches in the morning makes it so you're motivated and ready to lift even at 6 a.m. Overall they have a culture of community and family and you're bound to make friends and new lifting partners while being there because everyone is happy and genuinely interested in being there.
Definitely the best box I've ever been at. I've tried around 4-5 boxes and there is no doubt that this is my favorite one for several reasons. Location is ideal- Wynwood area. Besides the massive amount of clients, the gym always remains clean. They are extremely sanitary!! Now the coaches are the best.. Beyond helpful, by your side to guide you through the WOD process. I couldn't be happier with this box and I hope you guys try the place out!!! 5/5 stars.. 10/10 all around :)
Excellent place to learn from knowledgeable trainers and also have fun working out. Olympic lifting classes as well as crossfit workouts.
If you are thinking about cross fit, this is THE BOX... They are family... As a cross fit newbie... They have being patient, gave me the guidance to challenge and improve my self making sure to keep me out of injuries. This the most reassuring combination for any person that is starting cross fit..
