Perfect place for serious and dedicated fitness individuals, Machines fit perfectly the needs and purpose of targeting the right muscle , music is great,best gym in miami hands down !
Been coming here for quite a while now , but it seems like there has been a shift in management and it has become a little hostile . It is extremely uncomfortable having to be working out and one of the managers ( a woman ) stare at me and everything I do ( at others too ) to make sure I pick up after myself . I would like to add that I do , I have always re racked my weights etc and wipe my machines down . I respect my home and I also respect any facility I step foot in . All in all , what I am trying to say is , it would be nice to be able to not have someone breathing down my neck while I workout . I love this place , and the service from everyone , this was just a concern of mine .

Best gym in Miami! Strongly recommend to anyone looking for new/better gym.
Super cool gym. Great people and always a clean place to enjoy a great workout. They just expanded and the size it twice as big with HITT training and a basketball court and plenty of room to workout. Open everyday and always people there to help with any questions you may have.

l can truly say that the people and the environment are the very best. Highly recommended, friendly members and staff.

CUIDADO!!! El gimnasio esta siempre lleno que no se puede hacer ejercicios en el caso de que uno quiere hacer biseries o cosas como estas, es imposible. Ademas son unos timadores con los cobros. Yo he cancelado con ellos previamente hace 3 meses y aun me siguen cobrando la membresia, OJO para el que se quiera salir de aqui, esten pendiente porque les cargan. Le ha pasado a muchas personas. Tengo la peor oponion de este gym. Esteticamente bonito, lugar centrico pero no es lo que parece
the gym is always full. you can not do exercises in the case that you want to do bi-series or things like that, it is impossible to do a propperly workout. They are also scammers with the charges. I have canceled with them 3 months ago and they are still charging me the membership. Becareful !!!!! who wants to leave here pay atention, yo must be pending because they will charged. It has happened to many people. I have the worst opinion of this gym. Aesthetically beautiful, central location but it is not what it seems

Great gym, has everything needed for a good workout. Only issue is the bathroom/locker room/shower situation. There's only two individual bathrooms ( the locker rooms are separate changing rooms not connected to the bathrooms at all) with a shower in each and there are no other showers... you can see how this could be a huge problem in the mornings when people have to get showered/ready for work being there are two showers for the whole gym, one in each individual bathroom. A solution would be to add an additional shower in each bathroom ( one female bathroom , one male) and put the toilet in a stall. That way two people can shower at one time in each bathroom and people can still use the toilet.

My gym of choice for living near downtown Miami. It's not as big as LA Fitness or another corporate gym, but what you'll find here is the best trainers in Miami...the ones that train competition winning fitness athletes. Even the gym owner is competing at the Arnold 2018. So if you are looking for a gym where everyone is dedicated to working out, this is the place!
