This gym has so many options. Whether you are looking for an organized class or you just want to have a gym to go lift weights in, this place is your answer. And the staff is nice.

There are not only weightlifting and powerlifting athletes pushing the limits of what most think is humanly possible here, but everyone that we have met is both friendly and generous. The staff is super popular and busy, but many took time to chat with us while we were in town. You can't beat the equipment here, or the environment. But be an experienced powerlifter or weightlifter :)

Been a member since August 2019 and just cancelled my membership today. Staff? What staff. When the owners (Stefi and Hayden) or the Director (Alex) do show up, they treat you as an inconvenience if they even notice you. They socialize with their "squad" and everyone else is just taking up space. Unless you're an athlete with an Instagram following, stay away. Pretentious!!!!

I went there Wednesday morning. I jwanted to visit the gym and have have an idea of equipments trainings, rates, coaching, diets etc... I could not find the entrance. I gave them a call . I was unfriendly told that i needed an apointment even though i was in front of the buiding. I'm lifting since more than 35 years and this is the first time i've heard something like that. Pretentious place and so "exclusive" that they will end up with no 'clients'. by the way, no free parking aparently so you have to pay 3.5 dollars for an hour in the street.

This place is amazing, everything you could possibly need. Dog friendly, family friendly, 24 hour access. Best gym in the area.

One of the nicest powerlifting gyms I have visited. You need to book in advance for a drop in and it's 20$.
