Pilates with Nicole is a wonderful, energizing experience. Nicole's excellent training, experience, and obvious love of Pilates shows in every session. Nicole has the knowledge and takes the care to adjust every session to the physical needs and limitations of the client. Her equipment is the best. Her studio is an oasis of calm and positive energy right on the edge of Brickell. Recommend Nicole to anyone and everyone who wants a true Pilates experience.

Pilates Rejuvenation & Wellness is a serene oasis in the middle of bustling Miami. Nicole provides Private and Duet sessions in this intimate and charming space. Her equipment is top notch and she has all the tools to cater the session specifically to you and your needs. Nicole has done endless trainings and has a real passion and love for Pilates, being a Pilates professional myself, this is very important to me. If you are looking for quality Private or Duet sessions in a warm and supportive environment, Pilates Rejuvenation & Wellness is for you!!!
