I discovered 3 years ago the fabulous pilates at the house of movement. I was very lucky that master instructor Delia was the 1st person to ever give me a class and ever since I have been in love with pilates. My body changed completely I became stronger, toned , with better posture and found a peaceful mindset. 2 years later my husband had a back injury, Many doctors wanted to do surgery but one of them recommended pilates without hesitation I went to Delia, I can say now that for 2 years my husband has gain back his quality of life, he is a stronger person, And is now pain free. I can't thank enough Delia and the fantastic team at HOM.

5 Stars to this place and the friendly welcoming staff and peaceful environment! Came here for a facial with Elizabeth and she is AMAZING!!!! Very attentive, caring, friendly funny all around awesome, and only uses the best products and techniques in her work. My face feels and looks the best it ever has, I have sensitive skin and had a ton of blackheads and spots, and wow what a difference after just an hour with this lovely lady. Highly recommend her services! Her organic skin care line is IMMACULATE, anybody in need of facial moisture/care I'm sure it will really help! My skin has always been greasy and its been 4 days since I've seen her and she applied her products, my skin is not even greasy it feels fresh and very light. Its glowing even after a few days already she makes the extraction process very easy going, smooth and goes at your own pace. I have never been one to always take care of my face because of how bad my blackheads and blemishes made me feel because no products ever seemed to work for me they just made it worse, but now after seeing what her products and her advice can do for me I'm never neglecting it again it feels brand new! Definitely returning regularly now for treatments and facials, for myself and friends and family members so they can see how awesome the right products and the right skills can impact your skin and how you feel about yourself. And also going to try out the massage services they also have here at The House Of Movement. She is now my Skin Guru! :) Thank you Elizabeth!!

First time trying Pilates and I'm so glad it was with The House of Movement! It's a non-intimidating setting where knowledgable instructors work with you one-on-one, breaking down movements and explaining their functions so you get the full experience. I loved it and I can't wait to come back!
I worked for the House of Movement; they are terrible people. The owner, Gladys buys $5,000 purses yet she can't pay me what she owes me from my salary. When I resigned after seeing how negative they are, they resulted to black mailing me. Terrible energy!
I was curious so I went in, and left with a great massage and very relaxed. Great staff!
