I had never taken a Pilates class until recently and because of the amazing instructor, Vinny, I had the best experience. He was so informative, energetic, motivating, challenging and fun. The class went by so fast and I was bummed when it was over! I believe instructors can make or break a class and Vinny was beyond awesome. His playlist was amazing too! I'm really looking forward to going back again and getting my butt kicked while laughing and having a great time. #yasVinnyyas

Felecia is one of my favorite instructors and have made it a point anytime I bring a friend along to try this work out that I sign us up for Felecia's class! Always smiling, always welcoming and inclusive of all of the bodies and levels of students in her class. She's always attentive to and focuses us on why we came to work out, especially when we're suffering through the end! Great place, great instructors! Totally worth it!

Clean Vibrant Space with ample parking available. You are greeted with warm welcoming, the music was on point in Elisa class today in Wynwood ! I was extremely motivated as a first timer and not discouraged at all. The workout was intense in the best way possible, you are completely in the zone - i even forgot the awesome beats were bumping. The instruction is clear and your body is completely worked - you can feel that each part of your body was trained and toned. I did sweat ! it felt amazing.
There is cute boutique clothing in the front of the shop, a great mural in the middle, and one side is mirrored. there is water jug and changing rooms. Easy sign up online on the website or app.
