Terrible customer service, very rude management. Be careful, I had been a few times to the studio with classpass to test it out, but I had never purchased classes directly from the studio nor class packages of any kind. I go on Groupon and I come across a package deal and I thought it was a great opportunity to formally join. Well turns out when I try to redeem it the owner or manager tells me I can't use it because I've been to their studio with classpass. I had no idea that was an issue. She tells me I will for sure get a refund from Groupon, well not the case! After that failed attempt, I contact the studio again essentially pleading for a refund or somekind of solution, and explaining how I was just excited to finally become a regular. Next thing I know the manager or owner calls me to lecture me and explains how I'm wrong using a firm unmovable tone, and when I try to interject she acts like I'm interrupting her and with a condescending tone tells me " I haven't finished." She dared to ask me sarcastically "well, are you a new client?"and I explained that it's confusing because the way I understood it is that if I have never purchased classes nor a package/ membership with them, for me I'm a new client (there has been no direct transaction between me and the studio). After the paternalistic rude lecture, I was so completely turned off and yet she plugs in I can still offer you a deal at the studio.... wow. She also said that Groupon has a clause stating that they have to give me a refund, not the case! Groupon policy says that after 3 days you can't, which after this ordeal was impossible anyways.... I'm left without a refund, no classes, and a horrible experience.
